供应链融资在中小企业工程建设中的运用与风险控制

【摘要】：随着我国经济的发展以及经济全球化环境所提供的发展机遇,我国对外贸易取得了突飞猛进的成就,这一切与中小企业的兴起都密不可分。在从事对外贸易的过程中,资金的融合问题成为了一项重要的挑战,许多企业都面临着资金紧张的难题,特别是近年来银行贷款越来越困难,国外的市场形势不太乐观,资金流动不畅。在此基础上诞生了一种新的融资产品即供应链融资,为解决企业资金周转不畅等问题提供了有效的帮助,但其在使用推广方面还不太完善。因此,本文主要介绍了新时期供应链融资在中小企业工程建设中的运用,详细描述了其中的几种模式。由于流程较长,利率较高,银行与企业之间的信任关系尚未建立,导致供应链融资在中小企业的工程建设中具有一定的风险,本文为此也提出了一些控制风险的对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy and the opportunities offered by the economic globalization environment, China's foreign trade has made rapid progress, all of which are closely related to the rise of small and medium-sized enterprises. The problem of capital integration has become an important challenge. Many enterprises are faced with the problem of capital shortage, especially in recent years, bank loans have become more and more difficult, and the market situation in foreign countries is not very optimistic. On the basis of this, a new financing product, supply chain financing, has been born, which has provided effective help for solving the problem of enterprise capital flow, but it is not perfect in the aspect of using and popularizing. This paper mainly introduces the application of supply chain financing in the engineering construction of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new period, and describes in detail some of the models. Because of the longer process and higher interest rate, the trust relationship between banks and enterprises has not been established. As a result, supply chain financing has certain risks in the engineering construction of small and medium-sized enterprises, so this paper also puts forward some countermeasures to control the risks.
