集团企业物流综合管理平台的研究与实现

【摘要】：随着我国经济的不断发展，传统的物流业已经不能满足当前快速发展的企业需求，而现代企业已把物流当作企业之间竞争的重要力量和手段。因此，把现代物流理念、先进的物流技术和现代物流模式引入到企业经营和管理之中已势在必行。在这样的趋势下，各烟草行业对现代化物流建设进行了大量的探索，积累了丰富的经验，并取得了一定的成果。各个卷烟工业企业想要在原有的物流系统的基础上，引入现代化物流管理思想和现代物流信息技术，建设一个对物流的整体业务进行综合管理和有效控制的管理平台，来提高现代化物流建设的步伐和行业的综合管理水平。正是在这样的背景下，物流综合管理平台的建设刻不容缓。本文基于烟草物流行业的现状及物流的相关理论，通过运用供应链管理思想，研究了物流综合管理平台的建设思路及关键技术，提出了“全面感知、全面覆盖、全程控制、全面提升”的现代化物流管理模式思想，通过物流综合管理平台的建设，，对物流业务进行梳理、改进和整合，切实提高物流管理水平，实现物流业务的全面管控与水平提升。本文的主要研究内容包括如下几点：（1）分析了工业物流管理的行业现状，针对原有物流系统的体系分散，结构不统一，信息化管理不完善等特点，提出了建设物流综合管理平台的架构思想。运用相关理论分析了平台建设的必要性，并从技术层面研究了平台的架构思路及实现方法。结合川渝物流管理的实际情况对物流管理平台的总体架构和核心业务流程进行了研究与分析。（2）烟草物流的智能调度模型及算法的研究。首先对川渝物流调度问题进行了简单描述，建立了卷烟车辆路径优化的数学模型，并提出了调度优化的解决方案。然后通过对传统蚁群算法模型的分析与研究，针对其在模型中存在的不足之处进行了改进与优化，并运用实际数据对改进后的算法进行了对比分析。（3）根据卷烟同省物流配送的新需求，在原有物流业务的基础上添加了同省物流配送流程，创造性的提出了同省物流的实时投放模型，该模型的提出，解决了同省物流按需配送的问题，避免库存缺货的发生。通过对参数的合理设定与投放总量、实时投放量算法的研究，运用到全省的不同地市车辆配送问题中，既简化了业务流程，又提高了客户满意度。（4）结合烟草物流管理及配送的具体业务需求，对物流综合管理平台的整体功能和模块进行了设计与实现，并提出了一些新的业务概念与业务模型，提高了物流的综合管理能力，降低了物流成本。本论文的物流综合管理平台已经在川渝中烟工业公司得到了有效的验证，通过平台的实际运行，大大提高了整个物流业务的管理及领导的决策控制能力，进一步改善了物流配送效率，节约了成本，提高了行业的竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy, the traditional logistics industry can no longer meet the current rapid development of enterprise demand, and modern enterprises have taken logistics as an important force and means of competition among enterprises. It is imperative for advanced logistics technology and modern logistics mode to be introduced into the management and management of enterprises. Under such a trend, various tobacco industries have made a great deal of exploration on the construction of modern logistics and accumulated rich experience. Each cigarette industry enterprise wants to introduce modern logistics management thought and modern logistics information technology on the basis of the original logistics system. To build a management platform for the integrated management and effective control of the overall business of logistics, to improve the pace of modern logistics construction and the level of integrated management of the industry. The construction of logistics integrated management platform is urgent. Based on the current situation of tobacco logistics industry and the related theory of logistics, this paper studies the construction ideas and key technologies of logistics integrated management platform by using the thought of supply chain management, and puts forward "overall perception, comprehensive coverage, whole process control," Through the construction of integrated logistics management platform, the logistics business is combed, improved and integrated to improve the level of logistics management. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) analyzing the current situation of industrial logistics management, aiming at the characteristics of the original logistics system, such as dispersion of system, disunity of structure, imperfection of information management, etc. This paper puts forward the framework thought of constructing the integrated management platform of logistics, and analyzes the necessity of the construction of the platform by using the relevant theory. Based on the practical situation of logistics management in Sichuan and Chongqing, the overall structure and core business process of logistics management platform are studied and analyzed. 2) the research of intelligent scheduling model and algorithm of tobacco logistics. Firstly, a simple description of Sichuan and Chongqing logistics scheduling problem is given, and a mathematical model of cigarette vehicle routing optimization is established. Then, through the analysis and research of the traditional ant colony algorithm model, the paper improves and optimizes its shortcomings in the model. The improved algorithm is compared and analyzed with actual data. According to the new demand of cigarette logistics distribution in same province, the flow of logistics distribution in same province is added on the basis of the original logistics business, and the real time delivery model of the same province logistics is creatively put forward, and the model is put forward. The problem of on-demand distribution of logistics in the same province is solved, and the occurrence of stock shortage is avoided. Through the research of reasonable setting and total quantity of parameters and the algorithm of real-time delivery, it is applied to the problem of vehicle distribution in different cities of the province. Not only simplify the business process, but also improve customer satisfaction. Combined with the specific business requirements of tobacco logistics management and distribution, the overall function and module of the integrated logistics management platform are designed and implemented, and some new business concepts and business models are put forward to improve the comprehensive management ability of logistics. Reduced logistics costs. The integrated logistics management platform of this paper has been effectively verified in Sichuan and Chongqing Tobacco Industry Company. Through the actual operation of the platform, the management of the whole logistics business and the decision-making control ability of the leadership have been greatly improved. Further improve the efficiency of logistics distribution, cost savings, improve the competitiveness of the industry.
