基于SCOR模型的建筑供应链绩效评价研究

【摘要】:建筑供应链管理模式是建筑企业整合资源,实现集成化管理的有效途径,而对建筑供应链的绩效评价有利于优化建筑供应链的管理环节,,促进建筑供应链管理体系的改善和发展,也有利于促进建筑供应链绩效评价在建筑行业的进一步应用,对于提高和改善建筑供应链的综合水平具有十分重要的作用。 首先,本文在分析现有建筑供应链的绩效评价指标模型构建的特点和不足的基础上,引入供应链运作模型的思想,结合建筑行业自身的管理特点和模式,从业务流程角度、财务管理角度和持续发展角度等三个方面构建了建筑供应链的绩效评价指标模型,实现了建筑供应链的多角度绩效评价; 其次,本文在利用供应链运作参考模型(SCOR模型)构建建筑供应链的绩效评价指标模型的基础上,对传统的建筑供应链指标绩效评价算法进行改进,利用建立的绩效评价指标体系和划分的绩效评价空间构建建筑供应链的单指标测度函数,并引入信息熵的权重计算思想,建立基于未确知测度的建筑供应链绩效评价模型,有效解决了现有研究中指标的主观性和相关性引起的评价模糊性和随机性,提高了绩效评价过程的科学性和评价结果的准确性; 最后,本文以某建筑承包企业为实例对提出的建筑供应链指标体系构建和评价方法进行了分析和验证,表明了提出的评价方法的有效性和可行性,为未来对建筑供应链的管理和绩效水平的衡量提供了支持信息。
[Abstract]:The construction supply chain management mode is an effective way for the construction enterprises to integrate resources and realize integrated management. The performance evaluation of the construction supply chain is helpful to optimize the management link of the construction supply chain. Promoting the improvement and development of construction supply chain management system is also conducive to the further application of construction supply chain performance evaluation in the construction industry, and plays a very important role in improving and improving the comprehensive level of construction supply chain. First of all, based on the analysis of the characteristics and shortcomings of the performance evaluation index model of the existing construction supply chain, this paper introduces the idea of the supply chain operation model, combining the management characteristics and models of the construction industry, from the point of view of business process. The performance evaluation index model of the construction supply chain is constructed from the financial management angle and the sustainable development angle, and the multi-angle performance evaluation of the construction supply chain is realized. Secondly, on the basis of constructing the performance evaluation index model of the construction supply chain by using the supply chain operation reference model / SCOR model, this paper improves the traditional performance evaluation algorithm of the construction supply chain. Using the established performance evaluation index system and the divided performance evaluation space to construct the single index measure function of the construction supply chain, and introducing the weight calculation idea of information entropy, the performance evaluation model of the construction supply chain based on the unascertained measure is established. It effectively solves the evaluation fuzziness and randomness caused by the subjectivity and relativity of the indexes in the existing research, and improves the scientific nature of the performance evaluation process and the accuracy of the evaluation results. Finally, taking a construction contract enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes and verifies the construction and evaluation method of the index system of building supply chain, which shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed evaluation method. It provides the supporting information for the future management and performance measurement of the construction supply chain.
