6Sigma在农机流通企业采购质量管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:农机流通企业的采购质量管理是保证企业正常运行的基础,是企业做好销售、仓储等工作的前提。采购质量管理不仅仅需要降低企业的采购成本,而且需要考虑仓储管理的优化,提升顾客服务速率,保证企业采购农机产品的质量,提高顾客满意度,帮助企业扩大市场占有率。 6Sigma方法是一套基于流程的改善方法,在改善过程,注重以客户为中心,关心顾客的关键需求,并且以实践中统计的数据作为改善依据,最终实现项目的改善。6Sigma改善方法对于提高农机产品采购的产品质量、加快采购物流响应速度等都会有非常明显的效果。 论文以6Sigma理论作为研究的基础,将农机流通企业的采购质量管理作为本文的研究对象,对农机流通企业采购质量管理中存在的问题进行了比较系统全面的分析,建立了基于6Sigma理论的农机流通企业采购质量管理DMAIC模型。通过对6Sigma特点的分析,并结合农机流通企业采购质量管理的相关特点,,系统的论述了6Sigma理论在农机流通企业采购质量管理中的过程步骤以及每个过程中相应的解决方法,详细讲述了这些方法在6Sigma模型的定义、测量、分析、改善、控制几个阶段的具体应用过程。本文最后还以吉峰农机为例,对该农机流通企业的采购质量管理进行了实例验证,证明了该方法在解决此问题中的有效性。 论文将6Sigma理论应用到完全脱离制造生产的流通型企业采购质量管理中,对于6Sigma的应用领域来说,这是本文的一个创新。通过本文的论述分析,完善了农机流通企业采购质量管理的方法体系,同时也为其它类型的流通企业的采购质量管理提供了参考,具有一定的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:The purchasing quality management of agricultural machinery circulation enterprises is the basis to ensure the normal operation of enterprises, and is the premise for enterprises to do well in sales and warehousing. Procurement quality management not only needs to reduce the purchasing cost of enterprises, Moreover, it is necessary to consider the optimization of warehouse management, improve the rate of customer service, ensure the quality of agricultural machinery products purchased by enterprises, improve customer satisfaction, and help enterprises expand their market share. The 6Sigma method is a set of process-based improvement methods. In the improvement process, it focuses on the customer as the center, cares about the key needs of the customer, and takes the statistical data in practice as the basis for improvement. Finally, the improvement of the project. 6 Sigma improvement method will improve the product quality of agricultural machinery products procurement, accelerate the speed of logistics response and so on will have very obvious effect. Based on the 6Sigma theory, this paper takes the purchasing quality management of the agricultural machinery circulation enterprises as the research object, and makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the procurement quality management of the agricultural machinery circulation enterprises. The DMAIC model of purchasing quality management of agricultural machinery circulation enterprises based on 6Sigma theory is established. Through the analysis of the characteristics of 6Sigma, and combining with the relevant characteristics of purchasing quality management of agricultural machinery circulation enterprises, This paper systematically discusses the process steps of 6Sigma theory in the purchasing quality management of agricultural machinery circulation enterprises and the corresponding solutions in each process, and describes in detail the definition, measurement, analysis and improvement of these methods in the 6Sigma model. Finally, taking Jifeng agricultural machinery as an example, the paper verifies the purchasing quality management of the agricultural machinery circulation enterprise, and proves the effectiveness of this method in solving this problem. In this paper, the 6Sigma theory is applied to the procurement quality management of circulation enterprises, which is completely divorced from manufacturing and production. It is an innovation of this paper for the application of 6Sigma. It improves the method system of purchasing quality management of agricultural machinery circulation enterprises, and also provides reference for other types of circulation enterprises. It has certain theoretical and practical significance.
