供应链管理在采购外包项目中的运用探究

【摘要】:在经济全球化的发展背景下,越来越多的跨国企业为了最大限度地发挥企业自身核心竞争力和追求收益最大化,纷纷整合内外部资源,将非核心物料的采购外包,以寻求在不断降低成本的同时,可以获得更加快速的市场响应,提高订单执行的效率.因此,无论从成本节约的角度,还是从企业发展的长期战略出发,对采购成本的控制已经成为企业供应链的管理中十分重要的环节.而作为采购外包项目的服务商(以下简称“PSP”),在日益激烈的市场竞争中,不但需要通过自身采购的规模经济性,产品市场的专业知识获得具有优势的采购价格,而且更需要运用良好的供应链管理手段去监控整个项目的进程,并在实践过程中采取优化的措施去降低企业内部成本,不断提高客户服务水平。本文以供应链管理过程为研究对象,以化工品采购外包服务商D公司的采购项目作为背景材料,针对企业内部项目的管理现状和面临的挑战,运用供应链管理中的相关知识和理论例如供应商的选择,管理和发展,采购模式的组合运用,供应商管理库存(VMI),联合管理库存(JMI)和物流成本管理等来解决供应链中采购成本的控制问题。通过提出与供应链管理相匹配的成本管理内容以及具体改进的环节,并将改善实践后的效果进行数据分析和量化评估,成功证明了供应链管理可以为采购外包项目带来成本优化的实践可行性,印证了其对于采购外包服务商降低项目成本,不断提高利润率所具有的指导意义,并对企业带来了因外包而产生的衍生业务。
[Abstract]:In the context of economic globalization, more and more multinational enterprises, in order to maximize their own core competitiveness and pursue the maximum return, have integrated internal and external resources, outsourcing the procurement of non-core materials. In order to achieve faster market response and improve the efficiency of order execution while continuously reducing costs. Therefore, whether from the perspective of cost savings or from the long-term strategy of enterprise development, The control of purchasing cost has become a very important link in the management of enterprise supply chain. As the service provider of procurement outsourcing project (hereinafter referred to as "PSP"), in the increasingly fierce market competition, not only need to purchase through their own economies of scale. The professional knowledge of the product market has the advantage of purchasing price, and it is more necessary to use good supply chain management to monitor the process of the whole project, and to adopt the optimized measures to reduce the internal cost of the enterprise in the process of practice. This paper takes the supply chain management process as the research object, taking the purchasing project of D Company as the background material, aiming at the management status and the challenge of the internal project in the enterprise. Apply relevant knowledge and theories in supply chain management such as supplier selection, management and development, combination and application of purchasing model, Vendor managed inventory (VMI), joint inventory management (JMI) and logistics cost management are used to solve the problem of purchasing cost control in supply chain. The results of data analysis and quantitative evaluation have proved that supply chain management can bring cost optimization to procurement outsourcing project and reduce the cost of procurement outsourcing service provider. Continuously improving profit margin has the guiding significance, and brings the derivative business because of outsourcing to the enterprise.
