【摘要】:2014年互联网企业的异军突起,“移动支付”、“02O”、“C2B"等新概念的出现,让我们看到新兴的“轻资产”互联网企业已经在向传统企业宣战。新型商业模式会驱动未来中国经济发展成为不争的事实。借用当下最流行的一句话很好的诠释传统企业现在的处境:“不改革就是等死,改革就是找死”。在目前竞争格局下,传统企业要重新获得核心竞争力,就必须紧抓“效率与效益”—推进供应链采购管理与供应商管理变革,对市场快速做出反应,迅速抢占市场份额,加快产成品周转,减少持有成本:通过规模化采购、与战略供应商强强联合,重新构建企业供应链采购战略。本文为国内知名彩电企业供应链采购优化案例,首先介绍国内外供应链管理及采购等相关理论知识,再结合A家电公司实际情况分析供应链采购现状及存在的问题,提出供应链采购与供应商管理优化的必要性、紧迫性,以及解决方案。本文从A公司组织架构及岗位职能入手分析供应链采购与供应商管理存在的问题及导致问题产生深层次的原因,针对紧密联系的各业务环节进行流程再造,利用先进的SRM管理信息系统对供应链采购管理与供应商管理,提升公司供应链上信息流、产品流、资金流的反应速度,加速企业供应链采购与供应商管理变革。供应链采购与供应商管理的优化设计,不但迎合了以用户为中心的经营理念,快速通过设计出满足用户需求的产品,通过比竞争对手“快一步”的策略,迅速切入市场,赢得丰厚的收益。同时通过供应链的上下游紧密的战略合作,规模化降低采购、生产、物流及管理平台成本,为企业及股东创造更多的价值。
[Abstract]:The emergence of new concepts such as "mobile payment", "02O", "C2B", etc. Let us see that the new "light assets" internet enterprises are already declaring war on traditional enterprises. The new business model will drive China's economic development into an indisputable fact in the future. The present situation of traditional enterprises: "if we do not reform, we will be waiting to die." Under the current competitive situation, if traditional enterprises want to regain their core competitiveness, they must pay close attention to "efficiency and effectiveness"-push forward the reform of supply chain procurement management and supplier management, and react quickly to the market. Quickly seize market share, speed up the turnover of finished products, reduce the cost of holding: through large-scale procurement, and strategic suppliers strong alliance, This paper introduces the supply chain management and purchasing theory at home and abroad for the case of supply chain procurement optimization of well-known color TV enterprises in China. Combined with the actual situation of A home appliance company, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of supply chain procurement, and points out the necessity and urgency of the optimization of supply chain procurement and supplier management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in supply chain procurement and supplier management and the causes of these problems from the perspective of company A's organizational structure and post functions, and carries out process reengineering for each business link that is closely connected. Use advanced SRM management information system to supply chain purchase management and supplier management, improve the information flow, product flow, capital flow on the company's supply chain response speed, The optimization design of supply chain procurement and supplier management not only caters to the management concept of the customer, but also designs the products to meet the needs of the users quickly. Through the strategy of "one step ahead" of the competitors, quickly cut into the market, and earn a lot of profits. At the same time, through the close strategic cooperation between upstream and downstream of the supply chain, the cost of purchasing, production, logistics and management platform can be reduced on a large scale. Create more value for enterprises and shareholders.
