【摘要】：寄售模式作为一种新型的库存整合模式受到了越来越多的关注,而且已经被成功应用于很多行业。在各行业中,寄售供应链间的竞争日趋激烈,与此同时有关寄售供应链中的库存控制问题的讨论也层出不穷,因此本文基于收益共享契约主要研究了寄售供应链的库存控制策略和寄售供应链间的运营决策两方面问题。通过构建分别由零售商和供应商控制库存的寄售模型研究了寄售供应链的库存控制策略,并得出在基于收益共享契约的寄售模式下,由供应商或零售商控制寄售库存的效果是相同的,供应链所遭受的绩效损失均不大于26.4%,而且在这两种决策机制下,零售商的最优收益总是大于供应商的最优收益。以第一部分的研究结论为基础,根据两条竞争供应链的决策模式的不同,构建了四种决策模式组合模型,并运用纳什博弈和Stackelberg博弈模型进行求解,研究了寄售供应链间的运营决策。各种决策模式组合下,通过对最优均衡决策和收益的对比,发现供应链的最优寄售量和最优收益不仅与供应链自身选择的决策模式有关,而且还受到其竞争供应链决策模式选择的影响;而供应链的最优寄售价格只与供应链自身的决策模式相关,不受其竞争供应链决策模式的影响,且供应链采取分散决策模式时的最优寄售价格要大于其采取集中决策时的最优价格。并进一步给出四种决策模式组合下供应链最优决策和收益对需求价格弹性和需求交叉弹性的敏感性分析。本文的研究进一步完善了寄售供应链的相关理论,为有关竞争供应链的进一步研究奠定了基础。同时,也为也丰富了有关寄售供应链的库存控制策略的理论与方法,为深入探索寄售供应链的库存控制机理提供了依据。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of inventory consignment model has attracted more and more attention, and has been successfully applied in many industries.
