河南长江石油机械转型升级战略研究

【摘要】:全球化和信息技术的发展使得企业经营越来越多的面临着来自环境变化的挑战,企业必须科学、系统地制定相应的战略规划,动态地进行战略管理,才能长久地立足于市场经济的竞争中。长江石油机械有限公司是一家新型现代化制动器生产实体,主营抽油机、制动器等,拥有60多项专利,这些专利技术成为公司竞争优势的主要来源,其业务、发展与国内外石油行业的发展息息相关。公司秉承为广大客户提供优质服务的经营理念,锐意进取,致力于成为技术型、高成长型企业。然而,随着竞争的加剧,公司必须加强其内部管理,尤其是公司的战略管理。论文旨在通过理论联系实际,在梳理分析公司所面对的机遇、挑战及拥有的优势劣势的基础上,帮助长江石油机械制定其战略转型的目标及规划。本文主要有5大部分。首先,整理回顾战略管理相关的文献,尤其是战略管理的过程模型及战略确定的分析模型。其次,对长江石油机械面临的外部环境进行分析,识别出其面对的机遇和挑战。第三,对公司内部资源及能力进行分析,梳理公司拥有的优势和劣势,以扬长补短。第四,基础SWOT分析,制定长江石油机械的战略转型目标。第五,战略目标的实施及其控制调整。通过回顾文献及相关资料,梳理了石油机械行业发展的现状,通过对长江石油现在的具体现状分析,制定了长江石油机械的战略管理规划。主旨是:长江石油机械有限公司的战略目标是打造国内一流国际知名的高效节能油气开采设备系统集成服务供应商,具体实施策略包括整合产业供应链资源、打造自主品牌、增强自主创新能力、加强企业技术改造、强化企业服务创新能力、推动企业产品高端化发展、加强企业精细化管理等八个方面。显然的,以长江石油机械为研究对象,本文提出的战略管理规划对长江石油机械的战略转型与发展具有较大的指导和借鉴意义。此外,对这一问题的研究不仅有利于我们把握中国石油机械行业的发展趋势,为行业内企业的发展提供相应的理论支持,而且制定的发展战略对长江石油机械的转型发展也将有非常重要的指导意义。因此,本论文的研究将会有很强的现实意义和实践应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization and information technology, more and more enterprises are facing the challenge from the change of environment. Enterprises must make the corresponding strategic planning scientifically and systematically, and carry out the strategic management dynamically. Changjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new type of modern brake production entity, main pumping units, brakes and so on, with more than 60 patents. These patented technologies have become the main source of the company's competitive advantage, and its business and development are closely related to the development of the petroleum industry at home and abroad. However, as the competition intensifies, the company must strengthen its internal management, especially the strategic management of the company. On the basis of challenges and advantages and disadvantages, it helps the Yangtze oil machinery to formulate its strategic transformation objectives and plans. This paper mainly consists of five parts. First, review the literature related to strategic management. In particular, the process model of strategic management and the analysis model of strategic determination. Secondly, the external environment faced by the Yangtze oil machinery is analyzed to identify the opportunities and challenges it faces. Thirdly, the internal resources and capabilities of the company are analyzed. Combing the strengths and weaknesses of the company in order to make up for each other's weaknesses. Fourth, based on the SWOT analysis, to formulate the strategic transformation objectives of the Yangtze oil machinery. Fifth, the implementation of the strategic objectives and their control adjustments. By reviewing the literature and related materials, Combing the current situation of the development of petroleum machinery industry, through the analysis of the current situation of the Yangtze oil, The strategic management plan of the Changjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. has been formulated. The strategic goal of the Changjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is to create a first-class and internationally renowned integrated service provider of high efficiency and energy saving oil and gas production equipment system in China. Specific implementation strategies include integrating industrial supply chain resources, building independent brands, enhancing independent innovation ability, strengthening enterprise technological transformation, strengthening enterprise service innovation ability, and promoting the high-end development of enterprise products. Obviously, taking the Yangtze oil machinery as the research object, the strategic management plan put forward in this paper has great guidance and reference significance for the strategic transformation and development of the Yangtze oil machinery. The research on this issue is not only helpful for us to grasp the development trend of China's petroleum machinery industry, but also provides corresponding theoretical support for the development of enterprises in the industry. Moreover, the development strategy will also have very important guiding significance for the transformation and development of the Yangtze oil machinery. Therefore, the study of this paper will have a strong practical significance and practical application value.
