农产品质量安全控制下“农超对接”主体间成本分担机制

【摘要】："农超对接"是农产品流通的一种重要模式,不仅可以有效降低农产品流通成本,而且在一定程度上保证农产品质量安全,实现农户与超市的共赢。以"农超对接"供应链中农户和超市组成的二级供应链为研究对象,在线性需求的情形下,构建成本分担机制前后农户和超市的利润函数,并对成本分担后的效果进行分析。研究结果表明,成本分担机制的建立,有利于提高农产品的供应质量、供应链的利润以及农户参与"农超对接"的积极性,对我国农超对接模式的普及具有一定的推动作用。
[Abstract]:"Agricultural Super docking" is an important mode of agricultural product circulation, which can not only effectively reduce the circulation cost of agricultural products, but also ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products to a certain extent. To realize the win-win situation between farmers and supermarkets. Taking the two-level supply chain composed of farmers and supermarkets in the supply chain as the research object, under the condition of linear demand, the profit function of farmers and supermarkets before and after the cost sharing mechanism is constructed. The results show that the establishment of cost sharing mechanism is beneficial to improve the supply quality of agricultural products, the profit of supply chain and the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the "agricultural super docking". It can promote the popularization of agricultural super docking mode in our country.
