基于供应链管理的船艇导航设备库存控制研究

【摘要】：为了实现船艇保障部门各种器件经济、高效的供应,本文对船艇导航设备综合成本进行了分析,建立了库存优化模型,得到了最小供应成本的库存方案。最后对库存模型进行了敏感度分析。仿真结果证明,该模型适用范围广,可有效提高船艇器材管理经费的使用效益。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the economical and efficient supply of various components in the ship support department, the comprehensive cost of ship navigation equipment is analyzed, and the inventory optimization model is established, and the inventory scheme of the minimum supply cost is obtained.Finally, the sensitivity of inventory model is analyzed.The simulation results show that the model is applicable to a wide range and can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of ship equipment management funds.
