KL公司产品创新战略研究

【摘要】:电子商务作为当前社会发展的主力行业,已经对社会经济发展起到了重要的推动作用,从事电子商务的企业也是数不胜数。但是伴随着电子商务行业进入企业的增多,企业之间的竞争压力也越来越大,所以产品创新已经成为各企业增强企业竞争力的共识。那么如何在当前的电子商务行业利用产品创新来实现企业的可持续发展是本文重点讨论的话题。本文主要从产品创新战略的角度,介绍KL公司如何在一定的内外环境条件下,利用产品创新的思想,开创了新的产品发展思路。本文在搜集和查阅大量资料数据的基础上,对KL公司的产品创新战略进行了分析研究,完成的主要工作如下:(1)通过对KL公司当前的产品现状进行了梳理,并指出了KL公司当前产品存在的主要问题。(2)采用SWOT方法对KL公司的产品战略环境进行分析,分别从KL公司产品外部环境、内部环境进行了综合分析,然后通过SWOT分析法分析出KL公司当前的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。(3)采用SWOT-AHP模型对KL公司的产品创新战略进行选择,最终选择了差异型产品创新战略。然后通过现有产品创新和创新产品进入新业务领域来进行KL公司产品创新战略实施。最后对KL公司如何进行产品创新战略实施提供了实施建议。(4)分别从现有产品创新实施效果和业务创新型产品实施效果两个层面上对KL公司的产品创新战略实施效果进行评价,最终通过B项目评价了KL公司的产品创新战略实施效果。本文以KL公司的产品创新战略为研究对象,通过对KL公司的产品创新战略进行研究,为KL公司现在和后续产品创新提供战略理论依据,并对KL公司的电子商务产品创新战略实施效果进行评价。希望以此推进KL公司的电子商务产品创新战略发展,并借此推动KL公司未来更好的发展。
[Abstract]:As the main industry of the current social development, electronic commerce has played an important role in promoting the social and economic development, and the number of enterprises engaged in electronic commerce is also innumerable. But with the increase of the number of enterprises entering the electronic commerce industry, The pressure of competition among enterprises is also increasing. Therefore, product innovation has become the consensus of enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. So how to use product innovation in the current e-commerce industry to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises is the main topic discussed in this paper. From the perspective of product innovation strategy, This paper introduces how KL Company creates a new way of product development under certain internal and external environment conditions, using the idea of product innovation. This paper is based on collecting and consulting a large amount of data. The product innovation strategy of KL Company is analyzed and studied. The main work accomplished is as follows: 1) by combing the current product situation of KL Company, This paper also points out the main problems existing in KL Company's current products. It uses SWOT method to analyze the product strategic environment of KL Company, and analyzes the external environment and internal environment of KL Company's products synthetically from the point of view of KL Company's external environment and internal environment. Then through the SWOT analysis to analyze the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of KL. 3) using the SWOT-AHP model to select the KL company's product innovation strategy. Finally, we choose the differentiated product innovation strategy. Then through the existing product innovation and innovation products into the new business field to carry out the KL product innovation strategy implementation. Finally, how to carry out the product innovation strategy implementation of KL company. The implementation suggestion. 4) respectively from the existing product innovation implementation effect and the business innovation product implementation effect two levels to KL company product innovation strategy implementation effect evaluation, Finally, the effect of product innovation strategy of KL Company is evaluated by B project. This paper takes the product innovation strategy of KL Company as the research object, and studies the product innovation strategy of KL Company through the research on the product innovation strategy of KL Company. This paper provides a strategic theoretical basis for KL's current and subsequent product innovation, and evaluates the effect of the implementation of KL's e-commerce product innovation strategy. It is hoped that this will promote the development of KL's e-commerce product innovation strategy. And in order to promote the future KL company better development.
