青岛市中小企业供应链融资影响因素研究

【摘要】：在我国,中小企业为国民经济的发展做出了重要贡献,但其融资难题一直没有很好地解决,严重制约了其进一步发展。青岛市多数中小企业由于自有资本金不足、财务制度不健全、信用等级较低等原因,难以获得银行信贷支持,严重威胁到企业的生存。但随着社会分工的不断细化,社会化生产方式的不断深入,市场的发展不仅仅是依赖于单一客户,更多的是供应链所带来的高效率的运作模式。在这种环境下,供应链融资应运而生,能够很好地解决中小企业融资难的问题。为此,本文重点研究新环境下青岛市中小企业供应链融资的影响因素,揭示各因素对青岛市中小企业供应链融资的影响程度,在此基础上提出有效促进中小企业供应链融资的对策,缓解中小企业融资困境。首先,本文通过对国内外中小企业相关理论进行梳理,对中小企业融资及供应链融资的相关研究进行简要阐述,为青岛市中小企业供应链融资的研究奠定基础;其次,从青岛市实际出发,对青岛市中小企业供应链融资现状展开分析,进一步对其发展的必要性和可行性进行论述;再次,在对青岛市中小企业供应链融资影响因素实证分析之前,运用信息沉淀法,结合青岛市中小企业的特点,识别出核心企业资质、中小企业资质、供应链合作关系、融资项目资产状况、外部环境五大方面影响因素,提出研究假设,并构建理论模型;最后,本文采用问卷调查法对青岛市中小企业供应链融资影响因素进行实证分析,运用SPSS、AMOS软件进行数据处理,对前文研究假设和理论模型进行验证,并给出促进青岛市中小企业供应链融资的相关对策。
[Abstract]:In China, small and medium-sized enterprises have made important contributions to the development of national economy, but their financing problems have not been solved well, which seriously restricts their further development.Most small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao are difficult to obtain bank credit support due to the lack of their own capital, imperfect financial system and low credit rating, which seriously threaten the survival of enterprises.However, with the continuous refinement of social division of labor and the deepening of socialized production mode, the development of the market is not only dependent on a single customer, but also on the efficient operation mode brought by the supply chain.In this environment, supply chain financing emerged as the times require, which can solve the financing difficulties of SMEs.Therefore, this paper focuses on the factors influencing the supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao under the new environment, and reveals the influence of various factors on the supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao.On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and alleviate the financing predicament of small and medium-sized enterprises.First of all, this article through the domestic and foreign SMEs related theories to comb, to SMEs financing and supply chain financing related research briefly elaborated, for Qingdao small and medium-sized enterprises supply chain financing research laid the foundation; secondly,From the actual situation of Qingdao, this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao, and further discusses the necessity and feasibility of its development. Thirdly, before empirical analysis on the influencing factors of supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao,Using the method of information precipitation, combined with the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao, the paper identifies five factors that affect the core enterprise qualification, the qualification of small and medium-sized enterprises, the relationship of supply chain cooperation, the status of financing project assets, and the external environment, and puts forward the research hypothesis.And build a theoretical model; finally, this paper empirical analysis of the factors affecting the supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao by questionnaire, using SPSS Amos software for data processing, to verify the previous research hypothesis and theoretical model.And give the relevant countermeasures to promote the supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao.
