基于供应链的原材料供应商选择评价模型

【摘要】：核心企业对原材料供应商进行科学、合理的选择是使整条供应链达到竞争优势的必要条件。在实地调查和综合分析的基础上建立了原材料供应商的综合评价指标体系,运用聚类分析和灰色关联分析相结合的方法建立原材料供应商选择评价模型,并运用这一模型对原材料供应商进行系统的选择评价。具体方法为:首先核心企业运用聚类分析方法把众多原材料供应商分为不同的类别,然后通过类间评价确定最佳供应商所在的组合,最后运用灰色关联分析法从最佳供应商所在的那一类中择优选择出最佳供应商。
[Abstract]:Scientific and reasonable selection of raw material suppliers by core enterprises is a necessary condition for the whole supply chain to achieve competitive advantage.On the basis of field investigation and comprehensive analysis, the comprehensive evaluation index system of raw material supplier is established, and the evaluation model of raw material supplier selection is established by using the method of cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis.This model is used to evaluate the selection of raw material suppliers.The specific methods are as follows: firstly, the core enterprises use cluster analysis method to divide many raw material suppliers into different categories, and then determine the combination of the best suppliers through inter-class evaluation.Finally, grey relational analysis is used to select the best supplier from the best supplier.
