企业间关系质量对质量绩效的影响机理——一个有中介的调节效应模型

【摘要】：文章针对我国目前部分虚拟经营企业的产品质量问题,从供应链管理的视角进行了解释。通过对供应链企业间的关系质量、知识转移与企业质量绩效间关系的文献进行梳理,整理出供应链企业间的关系质量—质量知识转移—质量绩效的关系框架,并通过调节变量质量知识距离的引入,最终提出一个有中介的调节模型。模型假设:供应链企业间的关系质量对企业的质量绩效有显著正向影响,质量知识转移在供应链企业间的关系质量与企业质量绩效之间有显著中介作用,质量知识距离对关系质量与质量知识转移之间的关系具有负向调节作用,关系质量与质量知识距离的交互作用通过质量知识转移间接影响企业质量绩效。文章还对供应链企业间的关系质量与企业质量绩效间的复杂关系加以阐释。
[Abstract]:This article in view of our country is currently part of the virtual enterprise product quality problems, are explained from the perspective of supply chain management. Based on the relationship quality between supply chain enterprises, the quality of the performance of knowledge transfer and the relationship between enterprises in the literatures, sorting out the relationship between enterprises in supply chain quality - quality - quality knowledge transfer performance the relationship between framework, and through the introduction of variable quality knowledge distance, finally propose a mediated moderation model. Model hypothesis: the relationship quality between enterprises in supply chain quality performance of enterprises has a significant positive impact, the quality of knowledge transfer has a significant mediating effect between relationship quality and quality performance of enterprises in the supply chain between enterprises quality, knowledge distance has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between relationship quality and the quality of the knowledge transfer, the interaction relationship between the quality and the quality of knowledge distance The transfer of quality knowledge indirectly affects the quality performance of the enterprise. The paper also explains the complex relationship between the relationship quality of the supply chain and the quality performance of the enterprise.
