JT货代公司新业务拓展研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,中国在2000年——2010年的十年中,极快地成为了世界经济一体化的重要一员,且发挥着重要的作用。在中国出口增长型经济的推动下,物流,信息及实体经济得到了快速的发展。服务业发展事关经济方式的转变,经济结构的调整,有利于保持经济的可持续增长,它是体制改革和市场开放的表现,同时也是社会主义不断完善的标志。物流业也属于服务业范畴,《服务业发展十二五规划》为解决我们落后的服务业和不平衡的经济结构指明了方向,也为企业和资本指明了市场的路径。整个十二五期间,物流业将处于转型阶段,由以前单一地运输服务将转变为一体化服务的现代物流产业。 本文以JT货代公司为研究对象,JT公司经历了中国经济发展的黄金时期,目前处于转型的瓶颈阶段,比较具有代表性。本文首先阐明了研究的背景,目的和意义,然后对货代的概念及国内外先进的做法进行了大体的介绍,以指明供应链物流发展的大体方向。其次对JT公司进行了分析,从现行状况,内外部环境,及转型时的市场细分,目标市场选定和定位等角度展开。在其中借签了战略相关理论:SWOT分析,STP分析等工具,从内部环境和外部环境比较全面的进行了剖析,,指明JT货代公司转型的方向所在,并在最后提出了建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, China has rapidly become an important member of the world economic integration in the ten years from 2000 to 2010 and plays an important role.Driven by China's export growth economy, the logistics, information and real economy has developed rapidly.The development of service industry is related to the transformation of economic mode and the adjustment of economic structure, which is beneficial to maintain the sustainable growth of economy. It is the manifestation of system reform and market opening, and is also the symbol of the continuous improvement of socialism.Logistics industry also belongs to the category of service industry. The 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Service Industry indicates the direction of solving our backward service industry and unbalanced economic structure, as well as the market path for enterprises and capital.During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the logistics industry will be in a transitional stage, from a single transportation service to a modern logistics industry of integrated services.This paper takes JT Freight forwarding Company as the research object, JT Company has experienced the golden period of China's economic development, and is in the bottleneck stage of transformation at present, which is more representative.This paper first expounds the background, purpose and significance of the research, and then gives a general introduction to the concept of freight forwarding and advanced practices at home and abroad in order to point out the general direction of the development of supply chain logistics.Secondly, JT Company is analyzed from the current situation, internal and external environment, market segmentation, target market selection and positioning.With the help of the relevant strategic theory: SWOT analysis and STP analysis, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment comprehensively, points out the direction of the transformation of JT freight forwarding company, and puts forward some suggestions at the end.
