基于SD的闭环供应链契约协调模型构建及应用研究

【摘要】:随着环保意识和可持续发展意识的增强,企业实施以循环经济为核心的闭环供应链管理成为企业发展的战略选择。闭环供应链管理最深刻的意义在于通过产品的循环再利用,不仅降低产品生产价格,提高闭环供应链各企业的效益及整体效益,而且减少资源消耗和废弃品的垃圾排放量,从而提升企业环境绩效。闭环供应链契约将成员间的权利、责任通过合同的形式确定下来,从制度上对合作双方进行协调,有助于分担不确定性因素引起的风险、克服成员的双重边际化效应、提升系统运行绩效。 本文基于系统动力学方法,在分析信息不对称及环境政策影响下闭环供应链系统运行的动态行为模式基础上,构建闭环供应链基本契约协调模型,并结合算例,使用VENSIM软件仿真研究契约对闭环供应链的影响及契约参数的变化规律。研究发现:契约能够有效协调闭环供应链成员间的关系,提高各级成员及闭环供应链的整体效益;但在契约实施过程中,契约参数的设定尤为重要。在基本契约之上构建组合契约协调模型,以期寻找更优的契约模式协调闭环供应链系统的运作。通过研究突发事件下的三级闭环供应链系统动力学模型发现突发事件严重扰乱了闭环供应链的正常运作,运用组合契约协调应对引起多因素变动的突发事件的闭环供应链,发现组合契约可以很好地协调突发事件下的闭环供应链。并通过对契约决策仿真结果的定量分析给出各节点企业协调应对当前频发的突发事件的最优契约策略。希望本文的研究可以为实际中闭环供应链的契约协调决策提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:With the enhancement of the consciousness of environmental protection and sustainable development, it is a strategic choice for enterprises to implement closed-loop supply chain management with circular economy as the core.The most profound significance of closed-loop supply chain management lies in reducing the production price of products, improving the benefit and overall benefit of the enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain, and reducing the consumption of resources and the waste emissions through the recycling of products.In order to improve the environmental performance of enterprises.Closed-loop supply chain contract determines the rights and responsibilities of the members through the form of contracts and coordinates the cooperative parties from the system, which helps to share the risks caused by uncertainty factors and overcome the double marginalization effect of members.Improve system performance.Based on the system dynamics method and the analysis of the dynamic behavior model of the closed-loop supply chain system under the influence of information asymmetry and environmental policy, this paper constructs the basic contract coordination model of the closed-loop supply chain.The influence of contract on closed-loop supply chain and the rule of variation of contract parameters are studied by VENSIM software.It is found that the contract can effectively coordinate the relationship between the members of the closed-loop supply chain and improve the overall benefit of the members at all levels and the closed-loop supply chain, but in the process of contract implementation, the setting of contract parameters is particularly important.In order to find a better contract mode to coordinate the operation of the closed-loop supply chain system, a composite contract coordination model is constructed on the basis of the basic contract.By studying the dynamic model of the three-level closed-loop supply chain under the emergency, it is found that the emergency seriously disturbs the normal operation of the closed-loop supply chain, and the combination contract is used to coordinate the response to the closed-loop supply chain with multi-factor changes.It is found that the combined contract can coordinate the closed-loop supply chain well.Based on the quantitative analysis of the simulation results of contract decision, the optimal contract strategy for the enterprises to coordinate and respond to the frequent emergencies is given.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a useful reference for the contract coordination decision of closed-loop supply chain in practice.
