基于供应链协同的汽配公共信息平台建设研究

【摘要】:我国已经成为世界最大的汽车市场,2013年中国全年汽车产销双双超过2000万辆,汽车保有量1.37亿辆,庞大的售后市场为汽配行业提供了巨大的发展空间,目前汽车配件产业发展迅速,已基本形成东北、京津、长三角、珠三角等六大产业聚集区。然而我国本土汽车配件企业数量占整体比例超过80%,市场份额却仅占20%,绝大多数是中小企业,存在管理落后、流通渠道单一、创新性不高、信息化水平低下等问题,需要提高运营水平增强竞争力。 20世纪90年代以来,,供应链协同成为新的企业战略,并在各行业广泛应用,尤其是汽车行业,目前以整车制造企业为核心的供应链协同无论在理论研究还是实际应用上都较为成熟,并取得了很大的成效,但其协同对象仅限于少数汽车配件供应企业(多为一级配件供应商)。此外,信息技术的应用帮助企业大大降低了成本,改善服务水平,并提高供应链反应速度和企业运营水平,同时信息技术也是供应链协同管理不可缺少的一部分。然而除去技术创新、设计仿真和投资财务软件等成本,中小汽车配件企业很难对供应链协同的信息化投注大量资金。因此本文在分析中小企业的供应链管理特点的基础上,结合供应链协同管理模式,探讨汽车配件行业公共信息平台的建设框架,主要表现在: 首先本文从采购、流通渠道和物流三方面详细分析了汽配行业供应链管理特点,在此基础上分析其供应链协同机制,包括信息共享机制、协同供应链组建方法、协同利益共享机制和供应链协同绩效评价方法,形成供应链协同闭环管理。 其次从供应链协同角度构建汽车配件公共信息平台,分析了平台的运作模式和多层次体系架构,同时详细分析了各功能模块的具体内容,包括信息资讯服务、电子商务服务、供应链协同管理服务以及特色增值服务。最后针对汽配行业公共信息平台各功能模块进行实例分析,为平台的实现提供现实依据。
[Abstract]:China has become the largest automobile market in the world. In 2013, China produced and sold more than 20 million cars and 137 million cars. The huge after-sale market provides a huge development space for the auto parts industry.At present, auto parts industry has developed rapidly, and has basically formed the northeast, Beijing and Tianjin, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other six industrial agglomeration areas.However, the number of domestic auto parts enterprises in our country is more than 80%, but the market share is only 20%. Most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises. There are some problems such as backward management, single circulation channel, low innovation, low information level and so on.Need to improve the level of operation to enhance competitiveness.Since the 1990s, supply chain coordination has become a new enterprise strategy, and has been widely used in various industries, especially in the automobile industry.At present, the supply chain collaboration based on the whole vehicle manufacturing enterprise is mature in both theoretical research and practical application, and has achieved great results.But its collaboration object is limited to a few automobile spare parts supply enterprise (mostly is the first-class spare parts supplier. "In addition, the application of information technology can greatly reduce the cost, improve the service level, and improve the supply chain response speed and enterprise operation level. At the same time, information technology is also an indispensable part of supply chain collaborative management.However, apart from the cost of technological innovation, design simulation and investment in financial software, it is very difficult for small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises to invest a large amount of money in the informatization of supply chain collaboration.Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of supply chain management of small and medium-sized enterprises and combining the mode of supply chain collaborative management, this paper discusses the construction framework of the public information platform of automobile accessories industry, which is mainly manifested in:Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of supply chain management in auto parts industry from three aspects of purchasing, circulation channel and logistics. On this basis, it analyzes the supply chain coordination mechanism, including information sharing mechanism, collaborative supply chain formation method.Cooperative benefit sharing mechanism and supply chain collaborative performance evaluation method form supply chain collaborative closed loop management.Secondly, from the perspective of supply chain collaboration, the paper constructs the public information platform of automobile accessories, analyzes the operation mode and multi-level architecture of the platform, and analyzes in detail the specific contents of each functional module, including information information service, e-commerce service, etc.Supply chain collaborative management services and characteristic value-added services.Finally, this paper analyzes the function modules of the public information platform of auto parts industry, and provides the practical basis for the realization of the platform.
