【摘要】：随着信息化技术的发展与经济的发展,当代社会已经全面进入了信息化的时代,尤其市场经济之后,众多公司快速发展,对信息化的需求越来越急迫,信息化的管理方式可以提高各个业务流程的管理效率。对于企业的发展而言,顾客需求的多样性对于公司的产品带来的主要问题是新产品的周期越来越短,企业如果想在竞争激烈的社会中站稳,必须进行多方面的改进,具体的措施包括提高产品的质量、提供更好的服务、降低生产的成本及将交货的日期缩短,而这些改进措施与企业的设备供应商之间的合作息息相关,唯有加强供应链的管理,方能提高企业的竞争力。论文工作的目标是针对设备供应商信息管理系统的开发,从需求分析、系统设计、系统实现及系统测试四个阶段对其进行详细的叙述。首先设备供应商信息管理系统针对公司的具体现状进行调研,从而确定系统的功能需求与非功能需求,在功能需求中,具体通过设备供应商基本信息管理、追踪采购业务管理、数据统计管理等方面进行叙述,非功能需求具体关注安全性需求及性能需求两个方面;针对系统需求确定采用Java平台及面向对象开发方法,设计了设备供应商信息管理系统的详细架构、网络架构及数据库;针对需求分析阶段确立的设备供应商基本信息管理、追踪采购业务管理、数据统计管理等功能模块,通过流程图与UML相关设计思路进行详细的设计与实现,从而完成了设备供应商信息管理系统的开发。最后对设备供应商信息管理系统进行部署,针对功能需求与性能需求两个方面的内容进行详细的测试,功能测试通过测试用例对需求分析阶段确立的功能需求进行详细的测试,性能测试针对设备供应商信息管理系统的响应时间、并发访问人数、数据库性能等多方面进行测试,主要采用测试工具来进行,测试中确定之前开发阶段的问题然后对应进行修改,最后的测试结果表明设备供应商信息管理系统符合当初的设计要求。对于设备供应商管理系统对可以对公司的采购业务、设备供应商评价业务进行综合的管理,使得采购业务、数据分析业务、设备供应商信用评价的具体业务规范化进行管理,提供信息化的信息发布平台,通过设备供应商管理系统的建设满足公司信息化的需求,通过此平台,具体的采购员可以与系统推荐的设备供应商进行业务的洽谈,提高工作效率,减少人力成本;实现整个公司设备供应商信用评价的自动化管理,对设备供应商进行具体的信用评价时候,需要记录采购信息、财务信息方面的状况,通过此信息管理系统可以协同多个部门及岗位针对性进行管理,从而最大化的提高工作效率,促进公司各项工作的规范化进行,提高公司内部各个部门之间协同办公的效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and economy, the contemporary society has entered the era of information technology, especially after the market economy, the rapid development of many companies, the demand for information is becoming more and more urgent.Information management can improve the management efficiency of each business process.For the development of enterprises, the main problem that the diversity of customer demand brings to the company's products is that the cycle of new products is getting shorter and shorter. If enterprises want to stand firm in a competitive society, they must make various improvements.Specific measures, such as improving the quality of products, providing better services, reducing production costs and shortening delivery times, are closely linked to cooperation among the equipment suppliers of the enterprise, with the sole aim of strengthening supply chain management,In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The aim of this paper is to describe the equipment supplier information management system in detail from four stages: requirement analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing.First of all, the equipment supplier information management system carries on the investigation according to the company concrete present situation, thus determines the system function demand and the non-function demand, in the function demand, through the equipment supplier basic information management, tracks the purchase business management,Data statistics management and other aspects are described, non-functional requirements focus on security requirements and performance requirements, Java platform and object-oriented development methods are used to determine the system requirements.The detailed structure, network structure and database of equipment supplier information management system are designed, and the function modules such as equipment supplier basic information management, tracking purchasing business management, data statistics management and so on are designed in the stage of requirement analysis.Through the flow chart and UML related design ideas to carry on the detailed design and the realization, thus completed the equipment supplier information management system development.Finally, the equipment supplier information management system is deployed, the functional requirements and performance requirements are tested in detail, and the functional requirements established in the requirement analysis phase are tested in detail by the test cases.The performance test is aimed at the response time of the equipment supplier information management system, the number of concurrent accesses, the database performance and so on.The test results show that the equipment supplier information management system conforms to the original design requirements.For the equipment supplier management system, we can manage the purchasing business and equipment supplier evaluation business comprehensively, so that the procurement business, data analysis business, equipment supplier credit evaluation can be standardized management.Provide information publishing platform, through the construction of equipment supplier management system to meet the needs of the company information, through this platform, specific buyers can be recommended by the system equipment suppliers for business negotiations,Improve work efficiency, reduce labor cost, realize the automatic management of equipment supplier credit evaluation in the whole company, and record the status of purchasing information and financial information when carrying out specific credit evaluation for equipment supplier.Through this information management system, we can cooperate with many departments and positions to manage, so as to maximize the efficiency of work, to promote the standardization of the work of the company, and to improve the efficiency of co-working among various departments within the company.
