【摘要】:在经济全球化的今天,科学技术迅猛发展,导致生产能力普遍化,行业竞争加剧,企业的利润空间逐渐变小,逐步进入微利时代。企业要想在这种激烈的竞争环境中赢得一席之地,必须拥有自己的核心竞争能力,唯有这样才可以获得尽可能多的利润,并获得持续发展。外包(Outsourcing)正是在这种背景下出现的,它是指企业整合利用其外部最优秀的专业化资源,弥补自身资源的短缺,从而达到提高效率,降低成本,充分发挥自身核心竞争力,增强企业对环境的迅速应变的一种管理模式。越来越多的企业将外包视为精简企业架构的一种有效方式,跳出过去传统垂直整合的模式,凭借外包来强化核心业务和提高企业市场竞争力,创造出更有弹性、专注核心业务的企业模式。本文以ABB公司面临的问题为例,对电机定转子生产外包的工序进行深入的研究,分别从各生产外包的核心价值、SWOT、供应链及外包风险等方面入手,得出了ABB公司外包的决策,为企业做出正确的外包决策并获得良好的外包效果提供思路,规避决策风险,并确保企业长期稳定、持续、健康发展。
[Abstract]:In today's economic globalization, the rapid development of science and technology leads to the generalization of production capacity, the intensification of competition in the industry, the smaller profit space of enterprises, and the gradual entry into the era of micro-profit.If an enterprise wants to win a place in this fierce competitive environment, it must have its own core competitive ability. Only in this way can it obtain as much profit as possible and obtain sustainable development.Outsourcing Outsourcing appears in this context, it means that enterprises integrate and utilize their best external specialized resources to make up for the shortage of their own resources, so as to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and give full play to their core competitiveness.A management model that enhances a firm's rapid response to the environment.More and more enterprises regard outsourcing as an effective way to streamline the enterprise structure, jump out of the traditional vertical integration model, rely on outsourcing to strengthen the core business and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, and create more flexibility.Focus on the core business of the enterprise model.Taking the problems faced by ABB Company as an example, this paper makes a deep research on the process of outsourced production of motor stator and rotor, starting with the core value of each outsourcing, supply chain and outsourcing risk, and draws the decision of outsourcing for ABB Company.It can provide ideas for enterprises to make correct outsourcing decisions and obtain good outsourcing effects, avoid decision-making risks, and ensure the long-term stable, sustained and healthy development of enterprises.
