两级延期支付的供应链网络均衡

【摘要】：延期支付可以刺激市场需求、扩大企业市场份额、减少企业库存成本而一直被企业广泛采用。事实上,延期支付也是企业除银行及其它金融机构之外的另一重要融资手段。基于此,本文研究了制造商为零售商提供延期支付,同时零售商为需求商提供延期支付的两级延期支付供应链网络均衡问题。本文主要研究内容与创新点如下： 1)研究了单级延期支付(制造商为零售商提供延期支付,零售商为需求商提供延期支付)、两级延期支付(制造商为零售商提供延期支付同时零售商为需求商提供延期支付)的供应链网络均衡问题,利用变分不等式刻画了制造商、零售商以及需求商的最优策略,并得出供应链网络均衡条件。结合数值算例,分析了制造商延期支付策略、零售商延期支付策略对供应链网络均衡的影响。 2)考虑到生产及运输过程中不可避免的造成商品缺陷,本文针对零售商检验商品、制造商检验商品两种情形,研究了零售商检验商品、制造商不回收缺陷商品,零售商检验商品、制造商回收缺陷商品,制造商检验商品、不修复缺陷商品以及制造商检验商品、修复缺陷商品四种模式下含缺陷商品的两级延期支付供应链网络均衡问题。
[Abstract]:Deferred payment can stimulate market demand, expand the enterprise market share, reduce inventory costs and has been widely used by enterprises. In fact, the deferred payment is also the enterprise in addition to banks and other financial institutions is another important means of financing. Based on this, in this paper the manufacturer provides for deferred payment for retailers, and retailers demand providers the two level of deferred payment deferred payment of the supply chain network equilibrium problem. In this paper, the main research contents and innovations are as follows:
1) on a single level (deferred payment deferred payment for the needs of manufacturers and retailers to provide business for retailers to provide deferred payment, deferred payment (two), at the same time as retailers deferred payment manufacturer needs to provide deferred payments for retailers) supply chain network equilibrium problem, the variational inequality characterizes the manufacturers, retailers and suppliers the optimal strategy, and the supply chain network equilibrium conditions. Combined with the numerical example, analysis of the deferred payment policy makers, retailers deferred payment strategies on the impact of supply chain network equilibrium.
2) considering the inevitable in the process of production and transportation of goods caused by defects, according to the manufacturer retailer commodity inspection, commodity inspection two cases, study the retailer inspection of goods, manufacturers do not recall of defective goods, retailers commodity inspection, manufacturer recycling defect goods manufacturers, commodity inspection, commodity inspection and defect repair is not the manufacturer of goods, repair defective goods under the four modes of defective commodity two level deferred payment of the supply chain network equilibrium problem.
