大规模定制的供应链协同管理研究

【摘要】：由于市场需求逐渐向多样化、特殊化的转变,传统的生产模式以不足以应对竞争激烈的市场环境,面对这样的挑战,大规模定制作为一种能够满足实际生产运作要求的运营模式,适应了不断变化的市场环境和个性化需求,同时通过供应链各环节紧密合作、协同共赢,提高了大规模定制下的整条供应链的竞争力。大规模定制作为一种创新管理模式,离不开供应链各环节的协同合作,其协同管理研究就成为理论界和企业界共同研究重大课题。本文将大规模定制供应链协同管理的结构分为三个层次,即战略导向层的协同、战术运作层的协同和技术保障层的协同。在此基础上,将供应链的横向协同与纵向协同作为出发点分别构建模型,又从系统整体出发将协同系统分为五个子系统,通过这五个子系统之间的关系为线索,提出了供应链在这五个子系统相互协同合作过程中的协同模式和运行机制,通过模型的构建深化了大规模定制供应链协同管理的研究。在协同学理论的依据下构建了子系统有序度模型和大规模定制模式的供应链系统协同性测度模型。首先选取多个指标数据进行筛选,再采用复合熵权法通过计算分析给指标赋值,有效地避免了数据的主观性并提高了指标的科学性。最后,通过大规模定制企业的实际案例对协同测度模型和具体操作操作方法进行了探索应用。由计算结果绘制出子系统协同趋势图、整体系统协同趋势图进行比较分析,再通过子系统协同度的测定计算出整体供应链的协同程度。这种测量方法不仅丰富和完善了供应链协同理论,也为大规模定制企业更好的协同合作提供了实际的理论指导。
[Abstract]:Because of the gradual diversification and specialization of market demand, the traditional production model is not sufficient to cope with the challenge of fierce competition in the market environment.Mass customization, as a mode of operation that can meet the requirements of actual production and operation, adapts to the changing market environment and individual demand, and works closely with each link of the supply chain to cooperate and win together.Improved the mass customization of the entire supply chain competitiveness.Mass customization, as an innovative management model, can not be separated from the collaborative cooperation in all aspects of the supply chain. The research on the collaborative management of mass customization has become an important issue for the theoretical and business circles to study together.In this paper, the structure of mass customization supply chain collaborative management is divided into three levels, namely, the coordination of strategic guidance layer, the coordination of tactical operation layer and the coordination of technical support layer.On this basis, the horizontal and vertical cooperation of supply chain are taken as the starting point to construct the model, and then the collaborative system is divided into five subsystems from the whole system, through the relationship between the five subsystems as a clue.The cooperative mode and operation mechanism of supply chain in the process of cooperation between the five subsystems are put forward, and the research on collaborative management of mass customization supply chain is deepened through the construction of the model.Based on the theory of collaboration, the order degree model of subsystem and the measure model of supply chain collaboration based on mass customization model are constructed.First, several index data are selected for screening, then the composite entropy weight method is used to assign the index value through calculation and analysis, which effectively avoids the subjectivity of the data and improves the scientific nature of the index.Finally, through the practical case of mass customization enterprise, the cooperative measure model and the concrete operation method are explored and applied.The subsystem coordination trend map is drawn from the calculation results, and the overall system coordination trend diagram is compared and analyzed. Then, the coordination degree of the whole supply chain is calculated by measuring the subsystem coordination degree.This measurement method not only enriches and perfects the supply chain coordination theory, but also provides practical theoretical guidance for the mass customization enterprises to better cooperate with each other.
