制造企业供应链绿色度评价研究

【摘要】:在全球经济飞速发展的大环境下,人们的生活水平得到了迅速提高。制造企业在为人类的发展创造财富的同时,资源的消耗量也越来越多,导致了资源稀缺、环境污染加重等严重的环境问题。为促使制造企业在生产过程中尽可能的减少对环境的污染,绿色供应链管理的实施被认定为有利于实现企业绿色发展的必要途径,现已成为众多专家学者关注的重要课题。如何选择适用于制造企业在供应链管理过程中的绿色度指标是一关键环节,从而实现科学有效的绿色度评价分析,并为企业绿色生产发展提供有效的决策依据。本文依据绿色供应链的相关指标选择为研究方向,对制造企业供应链的绿色发展方向进行了深入的分析。 首先,,对国内外研究供应链的现状进行深入的分析,指出可供借鉴的方面,也指出还需完善之处。对绿色供应链相关的理论知识进行了概述和分析,包括其构成体系、与传统供应链之间的差别、绿色度的界定,为下面进行评价指标体系的构建提供了理论基础。 其次,通过对制造企业供应链绿色度影响因素的特点分析,提出了适用于企业在供应链管理过程的评价指标体系,再通过评价方法的对比,最终确定将三角模糊函数法与模糊综合评价法相结合的评价方法,构建了科学的模糊综合评价模型,并针对权重进行多层次的组合权重计算,使企业的指标的权重分配更具合理性。 最后,应用具体的案例作为实证分析,将各个指标进行量化,充分利用了三角模糊函数与模糊综合评价模型,证明了该模型在制造企业绿色供应链管理过程中对绿色度的评价应用能够取得良好的使用效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economy, people's living standard has been improved rapidly. While manufacturing enterprises create wealth for human development, more and more resources are consumed, which leads to serious environmental problems such as scarcity of resources and aggravation of environmental pollution. In order to promote manufacturing enterprises to reduce the pollution of the environment as much as possible in the production process, the implementation of green supply chain management has been recognized as a necessary way to achieve the green development of enterprises, which has become an important topic that many experts and scholars have paid close attention to. How to select the green index suitable for manufacturing enterprises in the process of supply chain management is a key link to realize the scientific and effective evaluation and analysis of green degree and to provide an effective decision basis for the development of green production. Based on the research direction of green supply chain, the green development direction of manufacturing enterprise supply chain is analyzed in this paper. First of all, the current situation of supply chain research at home and abroad is analyzed in depth, pointing out the aspects that can be used for reference, and also pointing out that there is still room for improvement. This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theoretical knowledge of green supply chain, including its composition system, the difference between it and traditional supply chain, and the definition of green degree, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of evaluation index system below. Secondly, by analyzing the characteristics of the factors affecting the green degree of supply chain in manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward an evaluation index system suitable for enterprises in the process of supply chain management, and then compares the evaluation methods. Finally, the evaluation method combining triangular fuzzy function method with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is determined, and a scientific fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, and multi-level combined weight calculation is carried out for weight. It makes the weight distribution of the index more reasonable. Finally, using specific cases as empirical analysis, each index is quantified, and the triangular fuzzy function and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are fully utilized. It is proved that the application of this model to the evaluation of green degree in the process of green supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises can achieve good results.
