基于期权契约的铁路物流服务供应链协调研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化、贸易一体化进程的加快,以供应链管理的思维来运作物流已成为现代物流发展的新阶段,铁路物流作为现代物流体系的重要组成部分,在铁路货运深化改革、转型升级的背景下,也逐步探索一体化供应链的发展模式,以适应现今需求多样化、个性化的“买方市场”,寻求更大的利润空间。然而,处于发展初期的铁路物流服务供应链内部管理体制僵硬,一体化程度和市场敏感度较低,难以与外部的物流服务供应商建立有机的联系,使得铁路物流服务供应链的利润空间无法得到有效的释放。因此,本文尝试引入期权契约分别对企业物流及物流企业与铁路运输企业组建的一对一、多对一的铁路物流服务供应链协调模型进行研究分析,主要工作如下:(1)界定了铁路物流服务供应链的概念及特征,并就铁路物流服务供应链核心企业的功能及作用进行论述分析;基于此,构建了铁路物流服务供应链的基本结构,分析论述了铁路物流服务供应链协调发展的必要性及协调机理。(2)基于铁路物流服务供应链的协调机理,构建铁路运输企业与企业物流组成的一对一铁路物流服务供应链协调模型。以集中和无协调契约分散决策下铁路物流服务供应链的最优状态为边界基准,研究分析了期权契约协调机制下,铁路物流服务供应链实现协调时期权契约参数的设计规则,即期权价格的取值范围。而后基于此,探讨分析了期权契约参数对于铁路运输企业和物流服务供应商之间收益分配的影响。最后,通过数值模拟,进一步验证期权契约对于铁路物流服务供应链协调的有效性。(3)基于一对一的铁路物流服务供应链模型,拓展研究了物流企业和铁路运输企业组建的多对一的供应链契约模型,分析了集中决策和无协调契约的分散决策下,铁路运输企业和物流服务供应商的最优决策和期望收益,并以此为基准,探讨了期权契约机制下铁路物流服务供应链实现协调时期权契约参数所需满足的条件以及不同情况下铁路运输企业的采购决策及链上成员企业间的收益分配问题。通过数值模拟发现,不同采购决策下,期权契约的存在可实现供应链的协调但并不一定会被接受。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and trade integration, it has become a new stage of modern logistics development to operate logistics with the thinking of supply chain management. Railway logistics, as an important part of modern logistics system, deepens the reform of railway freight transportation. Under the background of transformation and upgrading, the development mode of integrated supply chain is also explored step by step in order to adapt to the diversified and individualized "buyer's market" and to seek greater profit space. However, in the early stage of development, the internal management system of railway logistics service supply chain is rigid, the degree of integration and market sensitivity is low, and it is difficult to establish an organic link with external logistics service providers. The profit space of railway logistics service supply chain can not be effectively released. Therefore, this paper attempts to introduce the option contract to analyze the one-to-one, multi-to-one coordination model of railway logistics service supply chain between logistics enterprises and railway transport enterprises. The main work is as follows: (1) defining the concept and characteristics of railway logistics service supply chain, and discussing and analyzing the function and function of the core enterprise of railway logistics service supply chain, based on which, the basic structure of railway logistics service supply chain is constructed. The necessity and coordination mechanism of the coordinated development of railway logistics service supply chain are analyzed. The coordination mechanism of railway logistics service supply chain based on the coordination mechanism of railway logistics service supply chain is discussed. This paper constructs a one-to-one railway logistics service supply chain coordination model composed of railway transportation enterprises and enterprise logistics. Based on the optimal state of railway logistics service supply chain under centralized and uncoordinated contract decentralized decision-making, this paper studies and analyzes the design rules of option contract parameters when railway logistics service supply chain coordinates under option contract coordination mechanism. The range of option prices. Then, the influence of option contract parameters on the income distribution between railway transportation enterprises and logistics service providers is discussed. Finally, through numerical simulation, the validity of option contract for the coordination of railway logistics service supply chain is further verified, which is based on one-to-one railway logistics service supply chain model. This paper develops and studies the many-to-one supply chain contract model of logistics enterprises and railway transport enterprises, and analyzes the optimal decision and expected income of railway transport enterprises and logistics service providers under centralized and decentralized decision-making without coordination contracts. And on this basis, This paper discusses the conditions of option contract parameters when the railway logistics service supply chain is coordinated under the option contract mechanism, and discusses the purchasing decision of railway transportation enterprises under different circumstances and the problem of income distribution among the member enterprises in the chain. Through numerical simulation, it is found that the existence of option contract can realize the coordination of supply chain under different purchasing decisions, but it may not be accepted.
