有效甄别高质量农产品的系统设计与实现

【摘要】:应用物联网技术,研究有效甄别高质量农产品的系统设计与实现是重要的前沿问题。根据供应链上下游各个环节的质量数据流向的特点,追溯数据的产生过程,从农产品的生产、加工整理、配送以及销售过程四个方面进行供应链流程的系统设计,从而对超市农产品供应链进行集成。首先,通过传感器技术,在生产和运输等过程中,将温度和湿度等关键环境安全指标,以及特征图像等,实时无线传输到互联网,反映到销售地超市的电子屏上,让消费者能够直观看到农产品从产地到超市卖场的全过程,也可以通过超市卖场农产品的RFID标签检索到上述过程;其次,在垦区棚室基地的农超对接供应链中,以超市为核心,设计高质量农产品全程监控与追溯系统流程。最后,通过对高质量农产品有效甄别系统进行可行性分析,获得事前、事后和事中甄别高质量农产品的方法,设计、构建出高质量农产品有效甄别系统,并在超市上位主控系统和消费者电子屏上加以实现,,可以为不易外观甄别的高质量农产品得不到高价值的问题,提供一种鉴别技术及管控技术。该项研究的部分示范应用,可为黑龙江垦区的农产品生产提供一种可借鉴的技术方案,为黑龙江垦区农产品的品牌质量保证提供可信的技术支撑。
[Abstract]:It is an important frontier problem to study the system design and realization of identifying high-quality agricultural products effectively by using the technology of Internet of things. According to the characteristics of the quality data flow in the upstream and downstream parts of the supply chain, the process of producing the data is traced back to the system design of the supply chain process from four aspects: the production of agricultural products, the processing of agricultural products, the distribution and the sales process. Thus the supermarket agricultural product supply chain integration. First of all, through sensor technology, in the process of production and transportation, real-time wireless transmission of key environmental safety indicators, such as temperature and humidity, as well as feature images, to the Internet, is reflected on the electronic screen of the supermarket in the place of sale. So that consumers can directly see the whole process of agricultural products from the origin to the supermarket market, but also through the RFID label of the supermarket farm products to retrieve the above process; secondly, in the farming super docking supply chain of the reclamation shack base, the supermarket is the core. Design high-quality agricultural products monitoring and tracing system process. Finally, by analyzing the feasibility of the effective screening system for high-quality agricultural products, obtaining the methods of screening high-quality agricultural products in advance, afterwards and in the middle, we design and construct an effective screening system for high-quality agricultural products. It can be realized on the upper control system of supermarket and on the consumer electronic screen. It can provide a kind of identification technology and control technology for the problem that the high quality agricultural product which is not easy to distinguish can not get high value. Some demonstration applications of this study can provide a technical scheme for the production of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Reclamation area and provide credible technical support for the brand quality assurance of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Reclamation area.
