【摘要】:现代科学技术发展日新月异,市场竞争日趋激烈,世界各国企业日益认识到技术研发的重要性。但是,企业单独进行技术创新,将面临巨大的研发成本和研发风险。企业通过合作研发,,能够共同分担研发成本和研发风险,提高研发效率。随着供应链管理思想的不断深化,企业间的合作研发也逐渐向供应链合作研发转变,上下游企业紧密合作,实现资源和信息共享,降低合作研发的成本费用,削弱技术研发的不确定性,能够有效提高企业技术研发效率。因此,对于供应链合作研发的研究受到国内外学者的广泛关注。同时,联合研发体(Research JointVenture,RJV)作为一种新型企业合作研发的组织方式,日益成为全球企业研发竞争的首选。在这样的背景下,研究基于联合研发体的供应链合作研发问题就显得非常有必要。 本文首先阐述了研究背景与研究意义,并针对所要研究的问题给出相应的研究思路和基本框架。然后,论文介绍了合作研发的基本理论及国内外研究状况,根据现有文献建立了不存在技术溢出条件下的供应链纵向RJV合作研发模型,并提出几种常见的成本分担机制。再然后,本文重点研究技术溢出下的供应链纵向RJV合作研发问题,首先,将Wang模型进行扩展,建立了技术溢出下的供应链纵向RJV合作研发博弈模型,并通过逆向法求解得出RJV合作研发的均衡产量、均衡价格和均衡利润,分析溢出效应对RJV合作研发绩效的影响;其次,在固定比例分配机制下,探讨联合研发体的最优规模及稳定性问题,并分析溢出效应对RJV最优规模及稳定性的影响。再然后,针对合作研发可能出现的道德风险问题,分析影响合作伙伴选择的相关因素,提出合作伙伴选择的评价方法。最后,总结研究结论,并对本文的不足之处提出改进建议和研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, and enterprises all over the world are increasingly aware of the importance of technology research and development. But, the enterprise carries on the technical innovation alone, will face the huge research and development cost and the research and development risk. Through cooperative R & D, enterprises can share R & D costs and risks and improve R & D efficiency. With the deepening of supply chain management, cooperative R & D among enterprises is gradually changing to cooperative R & D in supply chain. The upstream and downstream enterprises cooperate closely to realize the sharing of resources and information, and reduce the cost of cooperative R & D. Weakening the uncertainty of technology research and development can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise technology research and development. Therefore, the research of supply chain R & D has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. At the same time, Research Joint Venture RJV (R & D), as a new type of organization of cooperative R & D, has increasingly become the first choice of global R & D competition. In this context, it is necessary to study the cooperative R & D of supply chain based on joint R & D. In this paper, the background and significance of the research are first expounded, and the corresponding research ideas and basic framework are given for the problems to be studied. Then, this paper introduces the basic theory of cooperative R & D and the research situation at home and abroad. According to the existing literature, the vertical RJV cooperative R & D model of supply chain without technology spillover is established, and several common cost sharing mechanisms are proposed. Then, this paper focuses on the research and development of vertical RJV cooperation in the supply chain under technology spillover. Firstly, the Wang model is extended to establish the longitudinal RJV cooperative R & D game model of the supply chain under technology spillover. The equilibrium output, equilibrium price and equilibrium profit of RJV cooperative R & D are obtained by reverse method, and the effect of spillover effect on RJV cooperative R & D performance is analyzed. Secondly, under the fixed proportion distribution mechanism, the equilibrium yield, equilibrium price and equilibrium profit of RJV cooperative R & D are obtained. The optimal scale and stability of joint R & D are discussed, and the effect of spillover effect on the optimal scale and stability of RJV is analyzed. Then, aiming at the possible moral hazard of cooperative R & D, this paper analyzes the relevant factors that affect the selection of partners, and puts forward the evaluation method of partner selection. Finally, the conclusion of the study is summarized, and the improvement suggestions and research prospects are put forward.
