云计算环境下基于产品结构的制造型企业JMI研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争变得愈来愈激烈,企业间的竞争逐步转变为供应链的竞争,现在判断一个企业的实力,不只看这个企业的实力,而且要考虑其供应链中的供应商、零售商。供应链总库存成本是一个判断供应链实力的有效因素,现阶段比较流行的供应链管理库存方式中,由供应商来对供应链总库存进行管理能有效的降低整体供应链的库存水平,但是由于信息不对称,供应商往往会放大需求,从而形成“牛鞭效应”,导致过高的需求,,从而造成不必要的浪费。针对这一现象,因此有学者提出采取联合管理库存的方式,供应商与制造商共享信息,共担风险,实现信息对称,从而遏制需求放大的现象。 本文是建立在联合管理库存的基础上,研究云计算环境对实施库存管理的影响,另外还研究在云计算环境下如何将产品结构与联合管理库存结合起来,以便更加有效的进行库存管理。在前人的研究基础之上,研究了云计算环境下制造型企业如何实施联合管理库存以及与传统环境下实施联合管理库存两种模式的异同之处,并分析了云计算环境下制造型企业实施云计算的优势、风险及关键点,并通过数学模型对比了是否实施联合管理库存对供应链总库存成本的影响,构建基于产品结构的多产品联合管理库存模型,并通过具体算例对其进行论证。云计算是未来的发展趋势和方向,企业如果想在“云时代”获得长久发展,那么必须要利用云计算这一先进技术,将其与供应链库存管理想结合。 研究结果表明在云计算环境下实施联合管理库存要对供应链进行优化和整合,才能更好的发挥联合管理库存的作用,并利用云计算超强的数据处理能力为企业的信息化建设服务。以多对一的两层级供应链为研究对象,将联合管理库存与产品结构结合起来,制造商根据产品结构中重要的零部件进行订货,然后再按照BOM表中的比例来确定其他非重要零部件的订购量。通过算例可知按照BOM表实施联合管理库存能够有效地降低供应链整体库存水平,并且能够简化库存管理过程和节约库存管理时间。
[Abstract]:As the market competition becomes more and more fierce, the competition between enterprises gradually changes into the competition of supply chain. Now judging the strength of an enterprise, not only depends on the strength of the enterprise, but also considers the suppliers and retailers in its supply chain. Supply chain total inventory cost is an effective factor to judge supply chain strength. In the current popular supply chain management inventory mode, the supplier can effectively reduce the overall supply chain inventory level. However, due to asymmetric information, suppliers often enlarge demand, thus forming "bullwhip effect", resulting in excessive demand, resulting in unnecessary waste. In view of this phenomenon, some scholars propose to adopt the way of joint inventory management, in which suppliers and manufacturers share information, share risks and realize information symmetry, so as to curb the phenomenon of demand amplification. Based on the joint inventory management, this paper studies the impact of cloud computing environment on the implementation of inventory management. In addition, it also studies how to combine product structure with joint management inventory in cloud computing environment. In order to more effective inventory management. On the basis of previous studies, this paper studies the similarities and differences between manufacturing enterprises in cloud computing environment how to implement joint management inventory and the traditional environment to implement joint management inventory. The advantages, risks and key points of manufacturing enterprises implementing cloud computing in cloud computing environment are analyzed, and the effects of joint inventory management on the total inventory cost of supply chain are compared by mathematical model. A multi-product joint management inventory model based on product structure is constructed and demonstrated by concrete examples. Cloud computing is the development trend and direction in the future. If enterprises want to obtain long-term development in the "cloud age", they must use cloud computing as an advanced technology to combine it with supply chain inventory management. The results show that the implementation of joint management inventory in cloud computing environment needs to optimize and integrate the supply chain in order to better play the role of joint management inventory. And make use of cloud computing super data processing ability for enterprise information construction service. Taking the many-to-one two-level supply chain as the research object, the joint management inventory is combined with the product structure, and the manufacturer orders according to the important parts in the product structure. Then determine the order quantity of other non-important parts according to the proportion of BOM table. The example shows that the implementation of joint inventory management according to BOM table can effectively reduce the overall inventory level of the supply chain, and can simplify the inventory management process and save inventory management time.
