基于模糊需求环境下RFID技术对供应链绩效的影响

【摘要】:关于供应链协调机制的研究是近十几年来的热点,本课题结合当下热门的物联网RFID技术展开分析,以科技进步速度越来越快造成产品更新速度加快且消费者的需求日新月异的模糊需求环境未背景下,进行供应链绩效以及供应链契约协调机制。如何正确利用RFID技术,合理把握市场需求,协调供应链,并对库存进行有效控制,这将有利于企业降低各种经营成本、提高运作效率以及经营效益,具有十分重要的理论以及实践意义。 具体来说,本文研究主要分为两部分,首先分析集中式供应链,分别分析应用RFID技术和未应用RFID技术的情况,通过对此两种情况时供应链绩效指标(销售努力水平、库存水平、最大期望利润、服务水平等)的相关比较,得出RFID技术的应用决策条件,当RFID标签成本较低,且RFID技术带来明显的库存可获得率水平提高时。其次,我们对分散式供应链的供应链协调做了一定的计算和研究。我们可以看出回购契约无法完美协调供应链,同时,固定参数的寄售契约无法完全协调斯坦尔伯格博弈条件下的供应链,因此我们调整一系列参数,得到了能够协调供应链的寄售契约模型。从调整后的契约来看,制造商此时不仅不要零售商提供RFID标签补偿,并且需要参与到零售商的促销活动中,对零售商的促销成本进行一定的补偿。
[Abstract]:The research on supply chain coordination mechanism has been a hot topic in the past ten years. This topic is based on the current popular Internet of things (RFID) technology. With the rapid development of science and technology, the product renewal speed is accelerated and the consumer's demand changes rapidly. Under the background of the fuzzy demand environment, supply chain performance and supply chain contract coordination mechanism are carried out. How to correctly utilize RFID technology, reasonably grasp the market demand, coordinate the supply chain, and carry on the effective control to the inventory, this will be advantageous to the enterprise to reduce each kind of management cost, enhances the operation efficiency and the management benefit, Has the very important theory as well as the practice significance. Specifically, this paper is divided into two parts. Firstly, the paper analyzes the centralized supply chain, analyzes the application of RFID technology and non-application of RFID technology, and analyzes the performance index of supply chain (sales effort level, inventory level). By comparing the maximum expected profit, service level, etc., the decision conditions for the application of RFID technology are obtained, when the cost of RFID label is lower, and the level of inventory obtainable rate of RFID technology increases obviously. Secondly, we do some calculation and research on supply chain coordination of decentralized supply chain. We can see that the repurchase contract can not coordinate the supply chain perfectly, and the consignment contract with fixed parameters can not completely coordinate the supply chain under the condition of Steinberg game, so we adjust a series of parameters. The consignment contract model which can coordinate the supply chain is obtained. From the point of view of the adjusted contract, the manufacturer not only does not want the retailer to provide RFID label compensation, but also needs to participate in the promotion activities of the retailer, and compensate the retailer's promotion cost to a certain extent.
