基于群组编码的丢失标签检测及恢复技术研究与实现

【摘要】:在物流供应链中,货物盘点是整个物流过程中的一个重要环节,传统的人工盘点方式不仅需要耗费大量的人力物力而且效率低下,基于RFID技术的货物盘点系统通过使用装有RFID读写器的智能闸口和RFID标签,可以快速完成一批货物的盘点,大大提高了物流中货物出入库时的盘点效率。在通用的物流过程中,一批货物通常可以分成一组组不可拆分的小组,RFID读写器盘点一组货物时只能提供给客户读写器识别到的物品的ID,却无法告知客户一组货物中是否有物品丢失以及丢失物品的ID,若要知道一组货物的完整性,必须将识别到的所有物品的ID提交到服务器,然后等待服务器返回完整性检测报告。目前对物流中的RFID应用系统的研究主要集中在如何部署RFID系统以及设计更加智能高效的读写器提高系统的效率,对利用货物群组编码特性提高盘点系统效率的研究较少。 本文通过对RFID读写器、标签和Class1Gen2协议的研究与分析,提出一种可在无货物清单或者离线环境下检测货物完整性的编码方案,重点研究了标签群组编码方案,提出了基于线性无关向量组的群组编码方案,在基本解码方案基础上分析解码矩阵进而对解码方案进行优化,针对RFID系统读取率的问题,提出了基于本文编码方案的改进版标签防冲突方案,提高了RFID系统的吞吐率。 本文的主要研究工作有以下几点: (1)提出基于线性无关向量组的群组编码方案 该方案的核心是寻找一种矩阵元素值尽可能小并且行向量尽可能线性无关的矩阵,本文通过对范德蒙德矩阵进行取模变换来生成这样的一种矩阵,实验结果表明取模变换后的矩阵符合本文对编码矩阵的要求。本文提出的编码方案首先对一批货物进行分组,然后使用编码矩阵对每组货物进行编码并将编码后的标签信息以及冗余码信息写入RFID标签中,从而冗余码信息可以跟随货物一起运输,在物流过程中货物交接盘点时通过检测货物标签中的冗余码信息判断一组货物的完整性,并且当丢失货物的百分比在一定范围内时可以通过冗余码信息恢复出丢失货物的ID。 (2)基于群组编码和防冲突算法的提高吞吐率研究 在RFID应用系统中,另一个影响盘点效率的因素是标签与读写器的冲突问题,本文基于标签群组编码的特性,对Class1Gen2空中接口协议中的防冲突算法进行改进,利用标签编码时需要对货物进行分组的特性以及标签中冗余码的信息,使得读写器可以根据标签群的分组信息对标签群进行分组选择读取,同时根据冗余码信息中的分组大小设置读写器防冲突算法的Q因子,使得读写器在盘存时可以设置更加准确的帧长度,从而提高RFID系统吞吐率。 本文首先介绍了标签完整性检测技术和标签读写器防冲突技术的相关研究,然后针对现有研究存在的问题,在现有研究方案的基础上提出新的群组编码方案,同时基于本文提出的编码方案对Class1Gen2的防冲突算法进行改进,接着设计相关实验测试本文提出的编码方案以及改进版的防冲突算法的性能,最后总结全文并对未来工作进行展望。
[Abstract]:In the logistics process , the inventory of goods is an important part of the whole logistics process , and the traditional manual counting method not only needs to consume a lot of manpower and material resources , but also has low efficiency . In the general logistics process , a batch of goods can be quickly completed by using an intelligent gate port and an RFID tag equipped with an RFID reader / writer .
Based on the research and analysis of RFID reader writer , label and Class1Gen2 protocol , this paper proposes a coding scheme which can detect the integrity of goods in the absence of goods list or off - line environment . Based on the basic decoding scheme , a group coding scheme based on the linear independent vector group is put forward , then the decoding scheme is optimized . According to the problem of the reading rate of RFID system , a modified label anti - collision scheme based on the coding scheme is proposed , which improves the throughput rate of RFID system .
The main work of this paper is as follows :

The core of the scheme is to find a matrix with the matrix element value as small as possible and the line vector is as linearly independent as possible .
( 2 ) Research on Improving Throughput Rate Based on Group Coding and Anti - collision Algorithm
In the RFID application system , the other factor that affects the counting efficiency is the collision problem between the label and the reader / writer . Based on the characteristics of the label group coding , the anti - collision algorithm in the Class1 Gen2 air interface protocol is improved , and the tag group is used for grouping the label group according to the grouping information of the tag group and the information of the redundancy code in the tag , so that the reader / writer can set the Q factor of the reader / writer anti - collision algorithm according to the grouping information in the redundancy code information , so that the reader - writer can set more accurate frame length according to the packet size in the redundancy code information , thereby improving the throughput rate of the RFID system .
This paper first introduces the relevant research on the technique of label integrity detection and the anti - collision technique of tag reader / writer , then puts forward a new group coding scheme on the basis of the existing research scheme . At the same time , the anti - collision algorithm of Class1 Gen2 is improved based on the coding scheme proposed in this paper . Then the performance of the coding scheme proposed in this paper and the performance of the improved anti - collision algorithm are designed . Finally , the paper sums up the full text and prospects the future work .
