A公司基于CPFR的补货策略优化研究

【摘要】:市场需求的不确定性以及零售商和供应商之间肤浅的合作关系,导致零售企业出现了高库存和缺货情况并存的问题。单靠零售企业的能力,难以解决涉及整条供应链的库存难题。于是,随着供应链协同理论的发展,CPFR逐渐兴起。与传统的库存管理相比,CPFR更加注重供应链节点企业间的协同运作。随着竞争的加剧,加上可口可乐、宝洁等大型供应商的要求,国内零售企业实施CPFR是必然趋势。 本文以此为背景,在综述相关理论的基础上,将国内一家大型连锁超市作为研究对象,对企业实施CPFR过程中的补货策略进行研究。首先,从补货商品情况、补货系统、补货流程等方面分析了A公司补货管理现状,研究其中存在的问题和原因。然后,立足于时间序列分析法和多元回归分析法进行需求预测,通过对比多种方法的预测结果,确定将时间序列和因果关系相结合,作为A公司的协同预测方法。在此基础上,借助线性规划方法,构建了A公司基于CPFR的补货模型,并引入实例,分析补货策略的确定,对模型进行了检验。之后,又通过对相关参数的灵敏度分析,研究了需求量与产品满足率对协同补货模式下供应链库存成本与订货量的影响。最后,根据CPFR的实施流程,以及A公司库存管理存在的具体问题,给出A公司实施协同补货的建议。 研究结果表明,协同预测能够提高需求预测精度,协同补货模式能够节省供应链的库存管理成本,加强整个供应链的竞争力和协调性,提高客户的满意度。本文的研究成果在一定程度上能够为零售企业实施CPFR协同补货以及解决相关的库存管理问题提供参考价值和实用意义。
[Abstract]:The uncertainty of market demand and the superficial cooperative relationship between retailers and suppliers lead to the problem of high inventory and shortage in retail enterprises. It is difficult to solve the stock problem involving the whole supply chain by the ability of retail enterprises alone. So, with the development of supply chain coordination theory, CPFR is rising gradually. Compared with inventory management, CPFR pays more attention to the cooperative operation between enterprises of supply chain nodes. With the intensification of competition and the requirements of large suppliers such as Coca-Cola, P & G, and other large suppliers, it is an inevitable trend for domestic retail enterprises to implement CPFR.
Based on the background of this paper, on the basis of the related theories, a large chain supermarket in China is taken as the research object to study the replenishment strategy in the process of implementing CPFR. First, the status of replenishment management in A company is analyzed from the aspects of replenishment goods, replenishment system and replenishment flow, and the problems and reasons are studied. Then, based on the time series analysis and multiple regression analysis method to predict the demand, by comparing the prediction results of various methods, the combination of time series and causality is determined as the cooperative prediction method of A company. On this basis, the A company's replenishment model based on CPFR is constructed with the help of linear programming, and an example is introduced. After analyzing the replenishment strategy and testing the model, the influence of the demand and product satisfaction on the supply chain inventory cost and the order quantity under the cooperative replenishment model is studied by the sensitivity analysis of the related parameters. Finally, according to the implementation process of CPFR and the specific problems existing in the inventory management of A company, the A public is given. The company implements the proposal of coordinating replenishment.
The research results show that collaborative forecasting can improve the precision of demand forecasting. Cooperative replenishment model can save the cost of inventory management in supply chain, strengthen the competitiveness and coordination of the whole supply chain, and improve customer satisfaction. The research results of this paper can implement CPFR co replenishment for the zero sale enterprises and solve the related problems to some extent. Inventory management provides reference value and practical significance.
