【摘要】：近年来,随着经济全球化的发展,企业决策已由局部最优化转化为系统最优化,因此,以集成、合作、双赢为核心思想的供应链管理变得越来越重要。为了实现供应链各成员之间的相互协调,供应链契约是一种有效的解决方案。但是,传统研究中假设决策者是完全理性的,即决策者以利益最大化作为行为准则。行为研究发现,公平关切是人类社会中十分重要的信念,它影响着人的行动,在供应链管理中公平关切对供应链成员在决策时的相互影响起着非常重要的作用。因此,本文在制造商为Stackelberg博弈的领导者,且零售商面对的市场需求为随机的乘式需求下,研究公平关切对供应链库存与定价决策的影响。根据供应链契约的不同类型,本文分别研究批发价格契约和收益共享契约。每种契约下都从仅零售商公平关切、仅制造商公平关切和双方都公平关切三种情形,来分析公平关切对制造商的最优批发价格、零售商的最优零售价格和最优订购量以及供应链成员利润和系统利润的影响,并讨论公平关切对供应链协调的影响,同时给出数值分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economic globalization, enterprise decision-making has been transformed from partial optimization to system optimization. Therefore, supply chain management with integration, cooperation and win-win as the core becomes more and more important. Supply chain contract is an effective solution to realize the coordination among members of supply chain. However, the traditional research assumes that the decision-maker is completely rational, that is, the decision-maker takes the maximization of interests as the code of conduct. Behavior studies show that fair concern is a very important belief in human society, which influences human actions. In supply chain management, fair concern plays a very important role in the interaction of supply chain members in decision-making. Therefore, under the condition that the manufacturer is the leader of Stackelberg game and the market demand of retailer is stochastic multiplicative demand, this paper studies the influence of equity concerns on inventory and pricing decision of supply chain. According to different types of supply chain contracts, this paper studies wholesale price contracts and revenue sharing contracts. Under each contract, the optimal wholesale price for the manufacturer is analyzed in terms of only the retailer's fair concern, the manufacturer's fair concern and the fair concern of both parties. The influence of retailer's optimal retail price and optimal order quantity as well as the profit of supply chain members and system profit is discussed. The influence of equity concerns on supply chain coordination is discussed and the numerical analysis is given.
