农产品供应链合作伙伴选择标准研究

【摘要】：建立农产品供应链合作伙伴选择标准是挑选合作伙伴和建立供应链联盟的基础,科学的合作伙伴选择体系有助于从源头控制食品质量安全和应对不断变化的农产品市场需求。为了确定农产品供应链合作伙伴选择标准,分析了当前农产品市场特点并构建了农产品供应链合作伙伴选择指标体系,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)计算各指标的权重。研究结果表明:合作伙伴的质量、履约能力和合作双方的互补性是农业企业在选择合作伙伴时最重要的3个指标。
[Abstract]:Establishing the selection criteria of agricultural product supply chain partners is the basis of selecting partners and establishing supply chain alliances. A scientific partner selection system can help to control food quality and safety from the source and cope with the changing market demand of agricultural products. In order to determine the selection criteria of agricultural product supply chain partners, the characteristics of current agricultural products market were analyzed and the selection index system of agricultural product supply chain partners was constructed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of each index. The results show that the quality, performance ability and complementarity of partners are the three most important indexes for agricultural enterprises to select partners.
