产业链的重塑与延长——电商平台未来发展之路

【摘要】：电子商务行业正处于蓬勃发展的时期,虽然衍生出多种商业模式,但其产业整合与重构的形式,与传统产业发展与转移的趋势差别巨大,需要对其发展路径展开分析。因此,本文聚焦于电子商务平台产业链的重塑与成长。首先,文章对产业链以及电商产业链的概念、特征以及模式展开描述,其次对当前电商产业链存在的问题展开探讨,揭示电商产业链在产业链主体、高端产业链与传统产业链的关系上仍然存在的问题。接下来文章针对产业链资源整合、高端产业链管理以及产业链的延长进行分析。通过对产业链的重塑与延长这一问题展开讨论,期望对今后电商平台的完善与发展有所助益。
[Abstract]:The e-commerce industry is in a period of vigorous development. Although it has derived a variety of business models, the forms of industrial integration and reconstruction are quite different from the trend of development and transfer of traditional industries, so it is necessary to analyze its development path. Therefore, this paper focuses on the reconstruction and growth of the industrial chain of e-commerce platform. First of all, the paper describes the concept, characteristics and mode of the industrial chain and the e-commerce industry chain, and then discusses the problems existing in the current e-commerce industry chain, and reveals the main body of the e-commerce industry chain in the industrial chain. The relationship between the high-end industrial chain and the traditional industrial chain is still a problem. Next, the paper analyzes the integration of industry chain resources, the management of high-end industry chain and the extension of industry chain. By discussing the problem of remolding and prolonging the industrial chain, it is expected that it will be helpful to the improvement and development of the e-commerce platform in the future.
