再制造闭环供应链产品担保研究

【摘要】:再制造是指以产品整个寿命周期理论为指导,以回收废旧产品,实现性能、价值恢复为目的,以高品质、高效率、节约能源、保护环境为准则,依托于先进技术和产业化生产,对回收的废旧产品进行价值修复或功能恢复的相关技术措施、再造工程活动的总括[1]。再制造品具有独特的性质,消费者对其存在质量疑虑,因此制造品制造企业必须对其制造的再制造品提供质量担保服务。再制造品的担保会对闭环供应链的相关活动产生影响。本文基于以往学者对再制造的研究,研究了闭环供应链中再制造品的担保与供应链的协调问题。文章首先对再制造层面相关研究现状进行总结和综述,阐述了再制造、闭环供链的回收、供应链协调和产品担保的相关理论。其次,在闭环供应链的背景下,建立不同回收方式模型,通过比较各种回收方式下供应链各节点的利润和供应链的系统利润,得出参数在不同取值范围内,闭环供应链的最优回收方式,并用数值算例进行了仿真验证。紧接着,文章研究了在确定的一种回收方式下,用斯坦伯格博弈求解新产品和再制造品的最优担保期、最优市场定价和最优废旧产品的回收率,并分析了各个参数对模型最优解变化的影响情况,运用仿真分析不同情况下最优解的变化趋势。最后,研究了再制造品担保下,闭环供应链的协调问题,运用批发价格契约和增量返利与限制退货联合契约协调再制造担保下的闭环供应链,均可以达到合理分配产品担保所带来的利润的目的。本文的主要创新点在于,首先,再制造品担保问题的提出是在再制造领域内一个新的研究视角。其次本文研究再制造品担保的同时考虑新产品的担保,研究对再制造闭环供应链中产品进行担保对回收方式的影响,得出担保下第三方进行回收是最无效的回收方式,依据实际情况选择再制造或者销售商进行回收。再者文章用不同的组合供应链协调方法对产品担保的闭环供应链进行协调。运用不同契约和联合契约对闭环供应链的产品担保绩效进行协调,重新分配闭环供应链的利润,使制造商和销售商的利润均优于无担保的情况。
[Abstract]:Remanufacturing is based on the theory of the whole life cycle of products, with the aim of recovering waste products, achieving performance and value recovery, and taking high quality, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection as the criterion, relying on advanced technology and industrial production. Related technical measures for value restoration or functional restoration of recycled waste products, an overview of recycling engineering activities [1]. Because of the unique nature of remanufactured products, consumers have doubts about their quality, so manufacturers must provide quality assurance services for the remanufactured products they manufacture. Guarantees for remanufactured goods will have an impact on activities related to the closed-loop supply chain. Based on the previous research on remanufacturing, this paper studies the coordination between remanufacturing guarantee and supply chain in closed-loop supply chain. Firstly, this paper summarizes and summarizes the research status of remanufacturing level, and expounds the related theories of remanufacturing, closed-loop supply chain recovery, supply chain coordination and product guarantee. Secondly, under the background of closed-loop supply chain, different models of recovery mode are established. By comparing the profit of each node of supply chain and the system profit of supply chain under various recovery modes, the parameters are obtained in different value range. The optimal recovery mode of closed-loop supply chain is verified by numerical examples. Then, the paper studies how to solve the optimal guarantee period, the optimal market pricing and the optimal recovery rate of the new product and the remanufactured product by using Steinberg game under a certain recovery method. The influence of various parameters on the variation of the optimal solution of the model is analyzed, and the trend of the change of the optimal solution under different conditions is analyzed by simulation. Finally, the coordination problem of closed-loop supply chain under remanufacturing guarantee is studied. The closed-loop supply chain is coordinated by wholesale price contract and incremental rebate and limited return contract. Can achieve a reasonable distribution of product guarantees brought about by the purpose of profit. The main innovation of this paper is that, first of all, the issue of remanufacture guarantee is a new research perspective in the field of remanufacturing. Secondly, this paper studies the remanufacture guarantee while considering the new product guarantee, and studies the effect of the product guarantee on the recycling mode in the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain, and draws the conclusion that the third party reclaim under the guarantee is the most ineffective way of recycling. According to the actual situation select re-manufacture or seller for recycling. Furthermore, this paper uses different combinatorial supply chain coordination methods to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain with product guarantee. Different contracts and joint contracts are used to coordinate the product guarantee performance of the closed-loop supply chain and to redistribute the profit of the closed-loop supply chain so that the profit of manufacturer and seller is better than that of unguaranteed.
