基于RFID的烟草仓储管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着我国实体经济的快速发展、人们收入和生活要求的提高,卷烟消费需求不断扩大,卷烟出入库频率加快。而在传统的烟草物流仓储管理中,卷烟出入库等业务操作仍是沿用传统的手工作业模式,主要依靠手持式条码扫描设备扫码入库、计算机录入信息,使用过程中不能及时进行数据共享,无法对物流配送信息进行一体化管理,使仓储信息流落后于物流,已无法满足“数字烟草”对仓储管理的需求。本文在研究RFID技术工作原理和传统仓库管理流程的基础上,以开发可使用的RFID仓储管理系统为目标,分析探讨RFID技术在烟草企业仓储管理中的应用模式和系统框架,将RFID技术引入传统仓储管理流程,从整体上优化改善验收入库、在库管理、出库管理的业务流程,完成了系统结构设计、系统软件设计和系统架构设计,并按照各个功能需求设计5个子系统,分别包括托盘识别子系统、信息分析子系统、叉车子系统、电子显示屏系统和信息存储转发子系统。最后通过对系统的功能和性能进行确认测试和应用证明该系统的可行性,测试结果证明,基于RFID技术的烟草企业仓储管理系统不仅适用于传统的C/C++过程,而且能与Windows平台完美结合,能够很好地完成现代仓库运营管理的各种需求。通过RFID系统的设计与应用,减少了大量重复性机械劳动,实现货物信息自动采集,生产智能化程度、仓储管理效率、配送的精度和吞吐量都有了进一步提高,实行全过程的追踪和可视化管理,改变了过去仓库粗放的管理模式,解决烟草企业供应链管理存在的问题,打破了制约企业发展的技术瓶颈,帮助企业降低经营成本,增强企业核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's real economy and the improvement of people's income and living requirements, the demand for cigarette consumption is expanding and the frequency of entering and storing cigarettes is quickening. In the traditional warehouse management of tobacco logistics, the business operations such as cigarette out and out warehouse still follow the traditional manual operation mode, mainly rely on the hand-held barcode scanning equipment to sweep the code into the warehouse, computer input information, In the process of using, it is impossible to share the data in time, to manage the logistics distribution information in an integrated way, and to make the storage information flow lag behind the logistics, which can no longer meet the requirement of storage management of "digital tobacco". Based on the study of the working principle of RFID technology and the traditional warehouse management process, this paper analyzes and discusses the application mode and system framework of RFID technology in the warehouse management of tobacco enterprises, aiming at developing the usable RFID warehouse management system. This paper introduces RFID technology into the traditional warehouse management process, optimizes and improves the business process of receiving and accepting the warehouse, managing in and out of the warehouse, and completes the system structure design, system software design and system architecture design. Five subsystems are designed according to the functional requirements, including pallet identification subsystem, information analysis subsystem, forklift subsystem, electronic display system and information storage and forwarding subsystem. Finally, the function and performance of the system are tested and applied to prove the feasibility of the system. The test results show that the warehouse management system based on RFID technology is not only suitable for the traditional C / C process. And can combine perfectly with Windows platform, can fulfill all kinds of requirements of modern warehouse operation management very well. Through the design and application of RFID system, a large number of repetitive mechanical labor is reduced, and the automatic collection of goods information, the degree of production intelligence, the efficiency of warehouse management, the precision and throughput of distribution are further improved. The implementation of the whole process of tracking and visual management has changed the old extensive warehouse management model, solved the problems existing in the supply chain management of tobacco enterprises, broke the technical bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises, and helped enterprises to reduce their operating costs. We will strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.
