【摘要】:近年来,宏观经济的增长在大数据的推动下颠覆性的改变。互联网时代加剧了产业创新的复杂性,传统创新模式面临着被颠覆的危险,基于大数据战略应用的客户全流程参与创新已经成为创新趋势。大数据成为科技创新的重要驱动力和企业创新的重要来源,大数据的战略关系到国家的经济安全和国家竞争力。我国经济和企业面临着转方式、调结构的需要,大数据产业提升到国家战略高度,需要从国家层面来推动大数据的战略定位、收集分析和行业应用,通过对海量数据的分析与挖掘,提升把握及预测能力。H公司的经营活动信息均沉淀在特定的数据库里,面临着如何分析、建构大数据时代全新的产品创新、企业技术创新与管理模式创新等一系列重大问题。而以大数据为基础的技术手段为H公司的精益管理与企业创新提供了决策工具,通过对大数据分析、预测会使H公司管理决策更科学准确,同时对企业科学创新尤其重要。研究以大数据为基础的管理创新解决方案,是H公司产业转型升级的重要手段和发展趋势。同时,大数据管理创新是一项系统工程,需要多个方面同步开展工作,为我国科技创新和企业创新营造更加良好的环境。 本文通过探讨大数据的基本概念及本质,对整个大数据系统进行了基础的分析。H公司作为我国制造业的领头羊,在引领中国制造业的可持续发展中扮演了重要的角色,在技术创新战略历程上经历了名牌战略、多元化战略、国际化战略、全球化品牌发展战略四个阶段。面对第三次工业革命带来的冲击,在大数据时代的到来之际,H公司要站在全球战略高度上来重新审视、定位、规划企业未来创新发展的新模式。研究发现,大数据时代将颠覆传统企业的管理和研究方法,采用科学的分析框架可以获取目标客户的需求资料,激活原先的CRM数据库,,通过对大数据的研究开发与应用,建构基于大数据下的创新战略管理体系,以此来满足创新型企业的需求。大数据时代下H公司的创新战略意义不是具有对庞大数据信息量的掌控,而是对其中有价值的数据进行专业化的处理分析、提取凝练、整合大数据供应链,建立跨领域技术的协同创新机制,来实现数据的重组和“增值”,从而实现企业跨越式的发展。 通过分析国内外发达国家创新战略的研究来阐述大数据对科技创新战略的影响,并结合H公司的实例来对我国新时期下科技创新战略在企业中的运用予以例证,从而揭示大数据能够有效的带动政府和企业进行创新,对我国企业的科学发展有所启示,能够逐步实现智慧企业、智慧中国,带动中国企业科技创新,实现经济转型发展,打造中国经济升级版。

The traditional innovation model is facing the danger of being subverted. The whole process of customer process participation based on large data strategic application has become the trend of innovation. Big data has become an important driving force for scientific and technological innovation. The important source of enterprise innovation, the strategy of big data is related to the national economic security and national competitiveness. China's economy and enterprises are facing the way of transfer, the need of adjusting the structure, the big data industry has been promoted to the national strategic height. It is necessary to promote the strategic positioning of the big data from the national level, collect analysis and industry application, through the mass number. According to the analysis and mining, the management activity information of.H company is precipitated in a specific database. It is faced with a series of major problems, such as how to analyze the new product innovation in the era of big data, the innovation of enterprise technology and the innovation of management mode, and the lean data based technical means for the lean H company Management and enterprise innovation provide a decision-making tool. Through the analysis of large data, the prediction will make the H company management decision more scientific and accurate, and it is especially important for enterprise scientific innovation. It is an important means and development trend to study the management innovation solution based on large data. It is also an important means and trend of industrial transformation and upgrading of H company. At the same time, the innovation of large data management innovation It is a systematic project which needs synchronous work in many aspects to create a better environment for China's scientific and technological innovation and enterprise innovation.
Based on the basic concept and essence of large data, this paper analyses the whole large data system, and analyzes.H company as the leader of China's manufacturing industry. It plays an important role in leading the sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry. It has experienced famous brand strategy, diversification strategy, international strategy, and the strategy in the process of technological innovation. In the four stages of the strategy of developing the brand, facing the impact of the third industrial revolution, at the time of the arrival of the big data age, H company should reexamine, locate and plan the new mode of the future innovation and development of the enterprise at the height of the global strategy. The research finds that the era of big data will subvert the management and research methods of traditional enterprises and adopt the methods of research and study. The scientific analysis framework can obtain the requirement data of the target customers, activate the original CRM database, develop and apply the large data, and construct the innovation strategy management system based on the large data to meet the needs of the innovative enterprise. In the era of big data, the innovative strategic significance of the H company is not with the huge data. The control of the amount of information is the specialized processing analysis of the valuable data, the extraction of condensed matter, the integration of the large data supply chain and the establishment of the synergistic innovation mechanism of cross domain technology to realize the reorganization and "value-added" of the data so as to realize the leap forward development of the enterprise.
Through the analysis of the research on the innovation strategy of the developed countries at home and abroad, this paper expounds the influence of large data on the strategy of scientific and technological innovation, and illustrates the application of the scientific and technological innovation strategy under the new period of China with the examples of the H company, thus revealing that the large data can effectively drive the government and enterprises to innovate, and the science of our enterprises. Development has inspired us to gradually realize smart enterprises, smart China, drive technological innovation of Chinese enterprises, achieve economic transformation and development, and create an upgraded version of China's economy.
