跨国公司供应链联盟绩效影响因素及实证研究

【摘要】：经济全球化的迅速发展带给了企业开拓国际市场的机会,跨国公司的市场竞争日趋激烈。现今其竞争模式不仅是公司与公司之间,而是延伸到了供应链联盟与供应链联盟之间的竞争。跨国公司供应链联盟是一种新形式的企业合作,为现代企业发展和维持竞争力提供了一条重要的途径。但在实践中,这些联盟虽是百家争鸣,但并非完全良药,失败的例子比比皆是。跨国公司从供应链联盟获得的绩效好坏直接影响了跨国公司对于联盟依存的长短以及联盟发展的走势。这些影响因素包括：联盟伙伴关系,联盟信息共享,联盟供应体系稳定性,联盟快速响应能力以及文化兼容性。通过本文构建的跨国公司供应链联盟绩效影响因素模型,以及对模型的实证检验和分析,验证探讨跨国公司绩效的影响因素,增加联盟竞争性以及成功率具有重要的理论和现实指导意义。结果表明：联盟伙伴关系,联盟信息共享,联盟供应体系稳定性对跨国公司的财务绩效以及非财务绩效有显著的影响；联盟快速响应能力对财务绩效影响显著,对非财务绩效没有显著的相关性；文化兼容性则对跨国公司财务绩效以及非财务绩效均有明显的负相关性。从研究结果得出,企业应该从实际情况出发,挖掘跨国企业在供应链联盟中不利于联盟稳定合作的因素,通过建立好经验共享体系,增强供应链联盟的稳定性,强化联盟快速响应能力,提高联盟绩效,这样才能提升整个供应链联盟的竞争力。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economic globalization has brought enterprises the opportunity to open up the international market, and the market competition of multinational corporations is becoming increasingly fierce. Nowadays, the competition mode is not only between firms, but also between supply chain alliances and supply chain alliances. Supply chain alliance of multinational corporations is a new form of enterprise cooperation, which provides an important way for modern enterprises to develop and maintain their competitiveness. But in practice, these coalitions are a hundred schools of thought, but not entirely good medicine, there are many examples of failure. The performance of MNCs from supply chain alliance has a direct impact on the dependence of MNCs on alliance and the trend of alliance development. These factors include: alliance partnership, alliance information sharing, alliance supply system stability, alliance rapid response ability and cultural compatibility. Through the empirical test and analysis of the factors influencing the performance of multinational corporations' supply chain alliance, the paper discusses the factors that affect the performance of transnational corporations (MNCs). Increasing alliance competitiveness and success rate have important theoretical and practical significance. The results show that: alliance partnership, alliance information sharing, stability of alliance supply system have significant influence on financial performance and non-financial performance of multinational corporations, and alliance rapid response ability has a significant impact on financial performance. There is no significant correlation to the non-financial performance, while cultural compatibility has a negative correlation with both the financial performance and the non-financial performance of multinational corporations. From the results of the research, enterprises should start from the actual situation, excavate the factors that are not conducive to the stable cooperation of the alliance in the supply chain alliance of multinational enterprises, and strengthen the stability of the supply chain alliance by establishing a good system of experience sharing. Strengthen the alliance's quick response ability and improve the alliance's performance so as to enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain alliance.
