连锁零售供应链竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：从上个世纪80年代开始,大型连锁集团逐步开始改变人们的消费和购买方式,并占领主要的市场份额。经过几十年的发展,连锁零售企业已经成为我国经济发展的新的增长点。但在日新月异的今天,电子商务的发展还是冲击到连锁零售业。如何在市场经济的大潮中站稳脚跟,提升行业竞争力成为连锁零售企业迫切需要解决的问题。本研究通过对连锁零售供应链竞争力评价相关国内外文献的查阅与整理,发现具有针对性的研究文献极为匮乏。笔者在文献理论的基础上,采纳相关从业人员及专家的意见,并综合供应链核心业务流程,确定连锁零售供应链竞争力评价的指标体系。并发放开放性问卷采集数据,采集到的数据用SPSS对竞争力指标做信度和效度的检验,确立最终的评价体系。然后用统计平均法确定指标权重,用模糊综合评价方法建立连锁零售企业供应链竞争力评价模型。本研究的预期创新点主要有以下两点:一是将落脚点放在在连锁零售企业,争取能构建出既符合产业特点,也能较为全面的评价体系。二是在构建评价体系时参考沃尔玛的绿色供应链管理,创新性的设置“绿色环保能力”维度,用以评价供应链竞争力。就目前而言,绿色供应链具有强大的生命力,且在该行业有较成功的案例。但是,以这一角度对供应链竞争力进行评价的研究目前还没有。本研究具有一定的创新性与实践意义。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, large chain groups have gradually begun to change the way people consume and buy, and occupy major market share. After decades of development, chain retail enterprises have become a new growth point of economic development in China. But in the rapid change of today, the development of e-commerce or impact to the retail chain. How to stand firm in the tide of market economy and improve the competitiveness of the industry has become an urgent problem for chain retail enterprises to solve. In this study, the relevant domestic and international literature on the evaluation of chain retail supply chain competitiveness is reviewed and sorted, and it is found that the relevant research literature is extremely scarce. On the basis of literature theory, the author adopts the opinions of relevant practitioners and experts, and synthesizes the core business process of supply chain to determine the index system of chain retail supply chain competitiveness evaluation. The data collected by the open questionnaire were tested by SPSS to test the reliability and validity of the competitiveness index, and the final evaluation system was established. Then the index weight is determined by statistical average method and the evaluation model of supply chain competitiveness of chain retail enterprises is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The expected innovation points of this study are as follows: first, we should focus on the chain retail enterprises in order to build a comprehensive evaluation system that not only conforms to the characteristics of the industry but also can be more comprehensive. The other is to set up the dimension of "green environmental protection ability" in order to evaluate the competitiveness of supply chain by referring to Wal-Mart 's green supply chain management when constructing the evaluation system. For now, green supply chain has strong vitality, and has a more successful case in this industry. However, there is no research on the evaluation of supply chain competitiveness from this angle. This research has certain innovation and practical significance.
