大规模定制供应链运作机制研究

【摘要】:论文以大规模定制供应链运作机制的问题为研究出发点,针对该机制从供应链的协同调度和供应链的收益分配两个方面展开研究。在研究的过程中,应用了运筹学、多目标规划、收益共享契约理论、优化理论和算法对所研究的问题进行了建模和求解,深入的对大规模定制供应链的协同调度和收益分配进行了分析,在理论上建立起了大规模定制供应链运作机制的基本框架。 本研究的主要结论、理论贡献和创新点包括: (1)供应链运作机制中生产与配送批量协同调度。本文提出批量协同调度模型,体现了本文大规模定制供应链协同调度研究的系统性,并且能够满足供应链的快速响应需求,致力于供应链运作层次细微问题的研究,增强了供应链研究的深度。 (2)标准化生产与配送的协同模型。综合考虑了空余生产能力、成本和时间等因素,尤其将运输能力、运输成本和运输时间纳入到模型当中,改变了以往将生产成本作为单一调度目标的建模。在该模型的基础之上,建立零部件供应商与核心企业、零部件供应商与配送企业之间的最佳协同调度模型。 (3)定制化生产与配送的协同模型。通过分析核心企业与配送中心之间的调度协同,,建立多个核心企业对多个客户的批量协同调度模型。通过对时间相关的动态变动性分析,研究配送过程对时间目标和成本目标的影响,最终实现核心企业的装配制造和产品配送总成本最低。设计定制生产模式下生产与配送协同调度模型优化算法,通过改进Hopfield神经网络模型和粒子群算法简化协同模型求解复杂度。 (4)基于收益共享契约的供应链收益分配模型。本文通过对传统收益共享契约的双赢条件进行了扩展,构建了基于收益增长率的供应链收益共享契约的数学模型。在对供应链节点企业的收益研究中,引入了收益共享契约的利润分配因子,建立链上节点企业个体收益最优的决策模型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the operation mechanism of mass customization supply chain is taken as the starting point, and the mechanism is studied from two aspects: the cooperative scheduling of supply chain and the profit distribution of supply chain. In the course of the research, the theory of operational research, multi-objective programming, revenue sharing contract, optimization theory and algorithm are applied to model and solve the problems. In this paper, the cooperative scheduling and profit distribution of the mass customization supply chain are analyzed, and the basic framework of the operation mechanism of the mass customization supply chain is established theoretically. The main conclusions, theoretical contributions and innovations of this study include: 1) batch scheduling of production and distribution in supply chain operation mechanism. In this paper, a batch collaborative scheduling model is proposed, which embodies the systematicness of collaborative scheduling research of mass customization supply chain, and can meet the rapid response demand of supply chain, and devotes to the research of the subtle problems of supply chain operation level. Enhanced the depth of supply chain research. 2) Collaborative model of standardized production and distribution. The factors such as spare production capacity, cost and time are considered synthetically, especially transportation capacity, transportation cost and transportation time are incorporated into the model, which changes the previous modeling of production cost as a single scheduling objective. On the basis of this model, the optimal cooperative scheduling model between component suppliers and core enterprises, component suppliers and distribution enterprises is established. A collaborative model for customized production and distribution. By analyzing the scheduling collaboration between the core enterprises and the distribution center, a batch collaborative scheduling model of multiple core enterprises to multiple customers is established. By analyzing the dynamic variability of time, this paper studies the effect of distribution process on time target and cost target, and finally realizes the lowest total cost of assembly manufacturing and product distribution in core enterprise. The optimization algorithm of production and distribution collaborative scheduling model in customized production mode is designed. The complexity of solving collaborative model is simplified by improving the Hopfield neural network model and particle swarm optimization algorithm. 4) supply chain revenue allocation model based on revenue sharing contract. By extending the win-win conditions of the traditional revenue-sharing contract, this paper constructs a mathematical model of the revenue-sharing contract in the supply chain based on the rate of revenue growth. In this paper, the profit distribution factor of the profit sharing contract is introduced to establish the optimal decision model of the individual income of the node enterprises in the supply chain.
