基于层次分析法的建筑供应链绩效评价

【摘要】：本文首先介绍了供应链绩效评价模型,在此基础上构建了建筑供应链绩效评价指标体系;其次,利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,应用模糊评价法建立模糊综合评判矩阵,进行单因素分析和综合评价,求得供应链绩效的综合评价值;最后,提出建筑业实施供应链管理的保障措施。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the supply chain performance evaluation model, and then constructs the performance evaluation index system of architectural supply chain. Secondly, the weight of each index is determined by AHP, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is established by using fuzzy evaluation method. The single factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation are carried out to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of supply chain performance. Finally, the guarantee measures for the implementation of supply chain management in the construction industry are put forward.
