宝烟嘴棒自动化存储物流系统设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着计算机科学和自动化技术的发展,企业的竞争正逐步转化为整个供应链和精细化物流的竞争,物流管理也从简单的方式迅速向自动化管理演变。通过工业网络对设备和材料进行管理,解决了传统的物料存储落后的问题,实现了物料的自动化管理,从而达到了物流系统合理化的目的。系统广泛采用了工业以太网和TCP/IP网络协议以及数据库管理,实现了物流信息的收集、处理、传送、存储和分析及物流指令快速、准确的执行。为企业信息决策支持系统提供基础数据,为上级信息管理系统提供生产物流信息。 本文以作者参与的宝烟嘴棒自动化存储物流系统为背景,对该系统的相关技术进行了研究。首先,介绍了自动化物流系统的研究背景和现状分析,以及与系统相关的应用技术。并简要介绍了工业以太网和MQ通信技术,以及SQL Server数据库。其次,在相关技术基础上分析了企业的现状,评估企业相关设备和人员,提出问题并且对问题进行分析,在此基础上对系统的构建提出更加合理的方案。接下来,对系统进行全面的需求分析,本系统也通过采用模块化设计思想,构建了系统的总体结构。进行系统总体设计时,,将系统划分为三个模块,分别对信息管理、调度控制、设备执行各模块进行详细设计。最后,在进行系统测试时,逐步对系统的各个功能进行测试,避免了系统在功能上的漏洞。 通过对系统的研究,并建立在宝烟电控系统的基础上,开发了嘴棒信息管理、嘴棒高架库的调度控制、堆垛机设备执行为一体的自动化管理系统。提高了企业的信息化和自动化的程度,减少了人员和设备的浪费,节约了企业的成本。为企业下一步实现信息集成管理打下了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer science and automation technology, the competition of enterprises is gradually transforming into the competition of the whole supply chain and fine logistics, and the logistics management is changing rapidly from the simple way to the automation management. Through the management of equipment and materials through the industrial network, the problem of backward storage of traditional materials is solved, and the automatic management of materials is realized, thus the aim of rationalization of logistics system is achieved. Industrial Ethernet, TCP/IP network protocol and database management are widely used in the system, which realizes the collection, processing, transmission, storage and analysis of logistics information, as well as the rapid and accurate execution of logistics instructions. Provide basic data for enterprise information decision support system and production logistics information for superior information management system. In this paper, the related technology of the automatic storage logistics system is studied. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and current situation of automated logistics system, as well as the application technology related to the system. The industrial Ethernet, MQ communication technology and SQL Server database are briefly introduced. Secondly, on the basis of related technology, this paper analyzes the current situation of the enterprise, evaluates the related equipment and personnel of the enterprise, raises the problems and analyzes the problems, and then puts forward a more reasonable scheme for the construction of the system. Then, the system needs analysis, the system also through the modular design idea, the overall structure of the system. In the overall design of the system, the system is divided into three modules, the information management, scheduling control, equipment execution modules are designed in detail. Finally, every function of the system is tested step by step when the system is tested, which avoids the loophole in the function of the system. Based on the research of the system and based on the electronic control system of Baoyan, an automatic management system is developed, which includes the information management of the mouth bar, the dispatching control of the mouth bar viaduct, and the execution of the stacker equipment. It improves the degree of informatization and automation, reduces the waste of personnel and equipment, and saves the cost of the enterprise. For the next step for enterprises to achieve information integration management laid a solid foundation.
