陕西制造业与物流业协同演化研究

【摘要】:制造业与物流业的关系是伴随着社会分工的细化和专业化程度的提高而逐渐形成的,一方面,制造业的发展为物流业提供了庞大的市场空间,促使物流业的快速发展,以适应制造业发展的外部服务需求;另一方面,物流业的存在替代了供应链上制造企业的物流环节,降低了制造企业的生产成本,大大缩短了制造企业市场响应周期,提高了产品价值,制造业从外部的物流服务创新中获得额外利润,在利润的驱使下,制造业与物流业只有协同运作,才能在市场竞争中获取更大的竞争力,可见,制造业与物流业之间存在着协同演化问题。陕西每年的制造业工业总产值约占全省GDP的40~60%之多,而物流业总产值仅仅约占全省GDP的4-9%之间,如何精简制造业的供应链,从而实现制造业的转型升级,为物流业带来业务需求及更高的服务要求,从而推动物流业的发展壮大,即实现制造业与物流业的协同共生,是实现陕西制造业与物流业协同发展需要解决的重大问题。因此,针对以上的现实背景和意义,本文试图通过理论研究和实证研究来探寻陕西制造业与物流业协同演化的规律和协同共生的内部机制,为陕西制造业与物流业实现良性互动与协同发展提供相应的理论依据。 通过对国内外关于制造业与物流业的相关研究、协同演化理论的研究以及相关理论进行归纳综述,现有研究和文献对制造业与物流业的关系研究缺乏以系统的观点和联系的观点去审视制造业与物流业协同发展的系统性、协同性和系统演化环境的多要素性。为此,本文基于陕西制造业与物流业的历史时序数据,以系统工程学和组织生态学为理论支撑,构建制造业与物流业种群生态系统,并定义了其内涵和系统内部的相关要素,从系统的角度分析制造业与物流业种群生态系统间的耦合关系,分析了两业协同演化的本质,并借鉴产业共生理论演绎了制造业与物流业种群生态系统的演化过程,利用定性与定量相结合的方法,实证分析了陕西制造业与物流业协同演化的规律,并采用模型分析法分析了制造业与物流业种群生态系统协同演化的动力学模型。 结果显示,陕西制造业与物流业种群生态系统的协同演化受到了特定的内外部环境的影响,其中最主要的因素有两个:一是制度、政策的导向所激励的制造业与物流业的飞速发展以及由此带来的企业内部专业分工和组织模式的变革;二是产业经济环境影响的实际需要。市场的扩大和企业自身资源配置的增加会使制造业与物流业种群生态系统的环境容量扩大,即把制造业与物流业种群协同共生作用是扩大了Logistic生长方程中的共生种群的环境容量,从而促进种群密度的增长。同时,制造业与物流业种群协同共生作用有自身的演化模型对共生种群的环境容量的影响不一定是共生种群密度的线性项,而应是共生种群密度的非线性项。将协同作用项、制度环境作用项和经济环境作用项视为制造业与物流业种群生态系统环境容量的三个影响因子,运用计量经济分析方法和统计分析方法对三个影响因子进行了估计,得到共生种群系统的环境容量模型,进一步对陕西制造业与物流业协同演化模型进行了修正,最终得出陕西制造业与物流业偏利共生的演化关系。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry is gradually formed with the refinement of the social division of labor and the improvement of the degree of specialization. On the one hand, the development of the manufacturing industry provides a huge market space for the logistics industry, prompting the rapid development of the logistics industry to meet the external service requirements of the development of the manufacturing industry; on the other hand, the existence of the logistics industry has replaced the logistics industry. The logistics link of the manufacturing enterprise on the supply chain reduces the production cost of the manufacturing enterprise, greatly shortens the market response cycle of the manufacturing enterprise, improves the value of the product, and obtains the extra profit from the external logistics service innovation. The greater competitiveness shows that there is a synergistic evolution between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry. The total output value of the manufacturing industry in Shaanxi accounts for about 40 to 60% of the province's GDP, and the total output value of the logistics industry is only about the 4-9% of GDP in the province, and how to streamline the supply chain of the manufacturing industry to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and bring the logistics industry to the logistics industry. Business needs and higher service requirements promote the development and expansion of the logistics industry, that is, the coordination of manufacturing and logistics is a major problem to be solved in the coordinated development of the manufacturing and logistics industry in Shaanxi. The coordinated evolution of the western manufacturing industry and the logistics industry and the internal mechanism of synergistic symbiosis provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the good interaction and cooperative development of Shaanxi's manufacturing and logistics industry.
Through the related research on manufacturing industry and logistics industry at home and abroad, the research of coevolution theory and related theories, the existing research and literature on the relationship between manufacturing and logistics industry lacks systematic view and connection view to examine the systematicness, coordination and Department of the cooperative development of the manufacturing industry and the material flow industry. Therefore, based on the historical data of the manufacturing and logistics industry in Shaanxi, this paper, based on the theory of system engineering and organizational ecology, constructs the ecosystem of manufacturing and logistics industry groups, and defines its connotation and relevant elements in the system, and analyzes the manufacturing and logistics industry from the perspective of the system. With the coupling relationship between the group ecosystem, the essence of the co evolution of the two industry is analyzed, and the evolution process of the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry group ecosystem is deducted by using the theory of industrial symbiosis. By combining the qualitative and quantitative methods, the law of co evolution of the Shaanxi manufacturing industry and the logistics industry is analyzed, and the model analysis method is used to analyze the law. A dynamic model for the co evolution of manufacturing and logistics industry cluster ecosystem.
The results show that the co evolution of Shaanxi manufacturing industry and logistics industry group ecosystem has been affected by specific internal and external environment, among which there are two main factors: first, the rapid development of the manufacturing and logistics industry as well as the change of the internal professional division and organization pattern brought by the guidance of the system and policy. At the same time, the synergistic interaction between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry population has its own evolutionary model on the environmental capacity of the symbiotic population, not necessarily the linear term of the symbiotic population density, but a nonlinear term of the symbiotic population density. The synergistic term, the institutional environment function and the economic environment function are considered as the manufacturing industry. With the three influencing factors of the ecological system environmental capacity of the logistics industry group, three influence factors are estimated by the econometric analysis method and the statistical analysis method, and the environmental capacity model of the symbiotic population system is obtained. The co evolution model of Shaanxi manufacturing and logistics industry is revised, and the manufacturing industry in Shaanxi is finally obtained.
