恩施州高山蔬菜“农超对接”实证研究

【摘要】：在我国,促农增收仍然是一个备受关注的焦点问题。要实现全面建成小康社会的目标,就必须想方设法的促成农民增收。对于一个偏远少数民族地区,国家重点扶贫地区——恩施,促农增收则显得尤为的重要。恩施州盛产高山蔬菜,高山蔬菜也是当地农户农业收入的主要来源之一。然而受传统销售模式的影响,高山蔬菜并不能到达增产增收、优质优价的目标。因此,转变销售模式十分重要。本文以交易费用理论、供应链管理理论为基础,运用问卷调查法和计量分析法,围绕着什么是“农超对接”,为什么要发展“农超对接”,当地是否具有发展“农超对接”的优势资源,“农超对接”的实施效果怎么样,如何推动“农超对接”的发展等问题展开研究。首先本文对前人的有关研究成果进行了梳理,并在借鉴已有成果的基础上展开此次研究；其次对主要概念进行了界定并阐述了相关理论；第三在大量搜集信息和实地调查的基础上分析了恩施州“农超对接”的发展现状及存在的问题；第四以萝卜种植户为例,运用多元线性回归实证研究了销售渠道选择对农户亩均净收入的影响。得出以下主要结论：(1)“农超对接”与萝卜种植户亩均净收入呈显著正相关；(2)“农超对接”中企业提供的技术指导能显著能加农户收入。 “农超对接”的发展与推广,需要各参与主体树立正确的意识、明确各自的职责、发挥团体协作的精神。基于以上分析,本文分别对“农超对接”的主要参与者：龙头企业、政府、超市、农户提出了建议。这将有助于推动恩施州“农超对接”进一步向前发展,为增加当地农户的农业收入带来更多的实惠。
[Abstract]:In China, the promotion of agricultural income is still a focus of attention. To achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we must find ways to increase farmers' income. For a remote minority area, the national key poverty-alleviation area-Enshi, promoting agricultural income is particularly important. Enshi Prefecture is rich in alpine vegetables, alpine vegetables are also one of the main sources of agricultural income of local farmers. However, under the influence of traditional marketing mode, alpine vegetables can not reach the goal of increasing production and increasing income and high quality and high price. Therefore, it is very important to change the sales model. On the basis of transaction cost theory and supply chain management theory, this paper uses questionnaire survey and econometric analysis method, around what is "agricultural super docking" and why to develop "agricultural super docking". Whether the local has the advantage resources to develop the "agricultural super docking", what is the effect of the "agricultural super docking", how to promote the development of the "agricultural super docking" and so on? First of all, this paper combed the related research results of the predecessors, and carried out the research on the basis of reference to the existing results; secondly, it defined the main concepts and expounded the relevant theories. Third, on the basis of a large amount of information collection and field investigation, this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of the "agricultural super docking" in Enshi prefecture. Fourth, taking radish growers as an example, The effects of marketing channel selection on average net income per mu of farmers were studied empirically by multiple linear regression. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) there is a significant positive correlation between the "agricultural super docking" and the average net income of radish growers. 2) the technical guidance provided by enterprises can significantly increase the income of farmers. The development and popularization of "Agricultural Super docking" need each participant to set up correct consciousness, clarify their respective duties and give play to the spirit of group cooperation. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to the main participants of "Agricultural Chao docking": leading enterprises, government, supermarkets and farmers. This will help to promote the Enshi prefecture "agricultural super docking" further forward development, to increase local farmers' agricultural income to bring more benefits.
