基于质量安全的初级农产品供应链契约研究

【摘要】:随着社会发展和经济实力的提高,人们越来越注重生活质量,,越来越关注饮食安全。然而近几年,国内食品安全问题频频发生,其中不乏一些知名度较高的企业,对社会造成严重的负面影响,以至于出现了群众对国内食品的信任危机。为提高食品质量,除了政府相关机构加大监管力度外,农产品的生产者和农产品流通环节的其他参与者也应积极合作。 初级农产品作为一般食品的源头,其质量的优劣直接影响到后续产成品的质量,其重要性不言而喻。而供应链契约作为商品流通中的一种合作模式,通过设定合理的契约条件,提供合适的信息与激励措施,可以保证买卖双方协调,优化绩效。为此本文从初级农产品的首次流通角度出发,提出了基于质量安全的初级农产品供应链契约模型,通过选择合理的契约模式,实现初级农产品质量提高的目的。 本文第一章介绍了我国存在的食品安全问题,论文的研究方法和意义及国内外对于食品安全问题的研究现状;第二章阐述了供应链契约的相关概念和理论,其中供应链契约包括批发价格契约、回购契约、收益共享契约、数量弹性契约和期权契约;第三章分析了我国初级农产品的现状,包括初级农产品的生产现状、初级农产品的交易流通现状和初级农产品的政府监管现状;第四章主要运用层次分析法将初级农产品质量量化;第五章建立了基于质量安全的初级农产品供应链契约模型。 研究发现,对于由采购商和农户组成的二级供应链,由农户、采购商和加工商组成的三级供应链,恰当的契约可以起到提高初级农产品质量,提高初级农产品安全水平,增加供应链系统收益的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of economic strength, people pay more and more attention to quality of life and food safety. However, in recent years, food safety problems have occurred frequently in China, including some well-known enterprises, which have a serious negative impact on the society, so that there is a crisis of people's trust in domestic food. In order to improve the quality of food, the producers of agricultural products and other participants in the circulation of agricultural products should also cooperate actively in addition to the relevant government agencies to strengthen supervision. As the source of general food, the quality of primary agricultural products directly affects the quality of subsequent finished products, and its importance is self-evident. Supply chain contract, as a cooperation mode in commodity circulation, can ensure the coordination of buyers and sellers and optimize performance by setting reasonable contract conditions and providing appropriate information and incentives. Based on the first circulation of primary agricultural products, this paper puts forward a contract model of supply chain of primary agricultural products based on quality and safety, and realizes the purpose of improving the quality of primary agricultural products by choosing a reasonable contract model. The first chapter introduces the existing food safety problems in China, the research methods and significance of the paper and the current situation of food safety research at home and abroad, the second chapter describes the supply chain contract related concepts and theories. The supply chain contract includes wholesale price contract, repurchase contract, income sharing contract, quantity elasticity contract and option contract. Chapter three analyzes the current situation of primary agricultural products in China, including the production status of primary agricultural products. The fourth chapter mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the quality of primary agricultural products; the fifth chapter establishes the supply chain contract model of primary agricultural products based on quality and safety. It is found that for the secondary supply chain composed of buyers and farmers, and the three-level supply chain composed of farmers, buyers and processors, appropriate contracts can improve the quality of primary agricultural products and improve the level of safety of primary agricultural products. Increase the benefit of supply chain system.
