沈阳JLF食品类商品库存控制策略研究

【摘要】：对于中国的零售行业而言,家乐福可以说是这些年发展最为迅速的代表之一。法国家乐福自1995年以“大卖场”的形式成功进入中国市场后,迅速凭借其低廉的价格、卓越的服务和舒适的购物环境赢得了中国消费者的青睐。从最初的“鲜为人知”到今天的“家喻户晓”,家乐福无疑给中国零售业提供了一个很好地成功范本。但近年来,随着中国对外资零售业的全面放开和本土企业专业度的不断提升,JLF也面临着前所未有的危机。JLF并未通过迅猛开店获得营业额和利润方面的双赢,相反营业额仅仅略有上升,而利润却有下降的趋势。究其原因,不难看出其在管理方面存在大量的问题,已无法适应中国零售业快速发展的需要。在库存管理方面,家乐福面临着前后台脱节,库存积压、缺货、物流短缺等不良状况。因此,库存管理是一个关键的入口,解决这一问题是它下一步发展至关重要的一步。本文通过深入分析JLF目前在库存控制方面运用的方法,找出其存在的问题和薄弱之处。并以供应链管理的相关理论为基础,提出了相应的建议和解决方法,旨在优化库存结构,降低未知损耗,提高资金周转率,改善消费者满意度。本文主要研究内容如下：(1)沈阳JLF食品类库存控制的现状与问题分析。在结合沈阳JLF食品类库存控制的实际情况的基础上,运用先进的库存控制和供应链管理的相关理论,深入刨析了沈阳JLF食品类库存控制方面存在的问题。(2)对沈阳JLF食品类库存管理缺陷进行了成因分析。从采购、订货和销售环节、库存管理信息系统功能、直供送货方式和人员流动性等方面详细分析了沈阳JLF食品类库存管理缺陷。(3)沈阳JLF食品类库存优化策略。主要介绍了如何通过加强内部管理,实现订货、品类和库存控制的最优化；同时提出了适应沈阳JLF发展的ABC库存控制方法和前后台分离新型库存控制模式。并针对当前沈阳JLF同供应商日益恶化的关系提出了改进建议。在沈阳JLF未来的发展中,面对激烈的外部竞争和内部组织结构调整的双重压力,能否依旧延续十年前的辉煌,食品类库存控制起着至关重要的作用。因此,沈阳JLF应调整库存控制策略,把握食品类库存控制的重点方向。
[Abstract]:Carrefour is one of the fastest-growing representatives of China's retail industry in recent years. French Carrefour, which successfully entered the Chinese market in 1995 as a "big store", quickly won the favor of Chinese consumers with its low price, excellent service and comfortable shopping environment. From the beginning of "little known" to today's "household name", Carrefour undoubtedly provided a good model for Chinese retail industry. But in recent years, with China's full liberalization of foreign retail and the increasing professionalism of local enterprises, JLF is also facing an unprecedented crisis. JLF has not achieved a win-win situation in terms of turnover and profit through the rapid opening of stores. On the contrary, turnover has risen only slightly, while profits have tended to decline. It is not difficult to see that there are a lot of problems in management, which can not meet the needs of the rapid development of China's retailing industry. In inventory management, Carrefour faces backstage disconnect, inventory backlog, shortage of goods, logistics shortage and other adverse conditions. Therefore, inventory management is a key entry point, and solving this problem is a crucial step for its next development. In this paper, the existing problems and weaknesses of JLF in inventory control are analyzed. Based on the theory of supply chain management, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and solutions to optimize the inventory structure, reduce the unknown loss, increase the turnover rate of funds and improve consumer satisfaction. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the current situation and problems of JLF food inventory control in Shenyang. Based on the actual situation of JLF food inventory control in Shenyang, this paper applies advanced inventory control and supply chain management theory. In this paper, the existing problems in JLF food inventory control in Shenyang are analyzed. (2) the causes of the defects in Shenyang JLF food inventory management are analyzed. From the aspects of purchasing, ordering and selling, the function of inventory management information system, the delivery mode of direct supply and the mobility of personnel, the optimization strategy of Shenyang JLF food inventory is analyzed in detail. This paper mainly introduces how to realize the optimization of order, category and inventory control by strengthening internal management, and puts forward the ABC inventory control method and the new inventory control mode of separating the front and back scenes, which is suitable for the development of Shenyang JLF. Suggestions for improvement of the deteriorating relationship between Shenyang JLF and suppliers are put forward. In the future development of Shenyang JLF, facing the double pressure of fierce external competition and internal organization structure adjustment, whether or not the glory of ten years ago can be continued, the food inventory control plays an important role. Therefore, Shenyang JLF should adjust inventory control strategy and grasp the key direction of food inventory control.
