云制造环境下多领域建模与仿真研究

【摘要】:兴旺的制造业有利于国家的繁荣兴盛,从当前全球经济一体化的发展趋势来看,世界正迎来一场新的变革。改革开放30多年来我国制造业一直都在迅猛发展,但由于人口红利的逐渐消失以及制造企业创新能力不足等种种原因,制造业发展遇到了瓶颈,如何打破这个瓶颈将是一项十分艰巨的任务。 "云制造"是一种面向服务、高效低耗、基于知识的网络化智能制造新模式,它为突破瓶颈带来了新思路。本文首先简述了网络制造无法得以实现的原因,而后借鉴网络制造的理念结合云计算的思想和体系结构,详细分析了云制造的层次体系结构,提出云制造平台需要具备的功能。云制造服务平台是一种集电子商务、企业社交网络和供应链协作为一体的新型互联网服务平台。 其次,云制造作为一种新兴的制造模式,当下还没有标准化的开发平台及相对应的开发工具,为此本文借鉴云计算开发环境,选取Eclipse平台作为云制造下多领域建模与仿真开发环境,并选用了免费开源软件如CloudSim、Tuscany SCA、ApacheODE、Registry和BPEL等作为软件资源虚拟化、服务化以及服务编排的对应开发工具,并对开发工具的选取原则和实现功能做了详细说明。 再者,要实现云制造环境下的多领域建模与仿真,,软件资源的虚拟化和服务化是必不可少的。本文对软件资源进行了详尽分析,建立了描述特征模型,并通过开源软件CloudSim扩展给出了软件资源虚拟化模板,同时利用Apache Tuscany SCA、Registry以及虚拟桌面技术来实现虚拟化资源的服务化。 最后,利用BPEL对建模仿真服务进行了业务流程编排,实现了多领域建模与仿真的服务化(服务发布和调用),最终实现云制造环境下的多领域建模与仿真。
[Abstract]:The booming manufacturing industry is conducive to the prosperity of the country. From the current trend of global economic integration, the world is ushered in a new change. The manufacturing industry in China has been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years. However, due to the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend and the lack of innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises, the development of manufacturing industry has encountered a bottleneck. How to break this bottleneck will be a very difficult task. Cloud manufacturing is a service oriented, efficient and low cost, knowledge-based networked intelligent manufacturing model, which brings a new idea to break through the bottleneck. In this paper, the reason why network manufacturing can not be realized is briefly introduced, then the hierarchical architecture of cloud manufacturing is analyzed in detail, and the functions of cloud manufacturing platform are put forward by using the idea of network manufacturing and cloud computing architecture. Cloud manufacturing service platform is a new Internet service platform which integrates e-commerce, enterprise social network and supply chain cooperation. Secondly, cloud manufacturing as a new manufacturing model, there is no standardized development platform and corresponding development tools, so this paper draws lessons from cloud computing development environment. The Eclipse platform is selected as the multi-domain modeling and simulation development environment under cloud manufacturing, and the free open source software such as CloudSimtuscany SCAU Apache ODEG Registry and BPEL are selected as the corresponding development tools for software resource virtualization, service transformation and service orchestration. The selection principle and implementation function of the development tools are explained in detail. Furthermore, in order to realize multi-domain modeling and simulation in cloud manufacturing environment, the virtualization and service of software resources is essential. In this paper, the software resources are analyzed in detail, the description feature model is established, and the software resource virtualization template is given through the open source software CloudSim extension. At the same time, Apache Tuscany SCA Registry and virtual desktop technology are used to realize the service of the virtualized resources. Finally, BPEL is used to orchestrate the business process of modeling and simulation service, and the service of multi-domain modeling and simulation is realized. Finally, the multi-domain modeling and simulation in cloud manufacturing environment is realized.
