【摘要】:易逝品作为一种特殊的商品具有质量不易保障、价值下降迅速等特点,同时顾客对种类多样性、新鲜程度的要求越来越高,这使得企业承受着比一般产品更高的生产、储存、经营风险,则其供应链管理的重要性相对于非易逝商品更为显著.而国内外大多数关于易逝品的研究都是基于产品的易逝率不变,因此研究基于控制商品易逝率下的企业以及供应链的最优决策问题更有现实意义. 本文首先研究了关于易逝品的同时进行定价和仓储技术投资决策的问题,假设需求是关于产品价格的线性函数、不允许缺货,并且假设通过投资改善仓储技术能有效降低易逝性商品的衰减率.以最大化单位时间总利润为目标寻求最优的定价、补货周期和最优的仓储技术投资策略. 其次为研究仓储技术投资对易逝品供应链生产库存决策的影响,构建了一个由单个制造商和单个零售商构成的两级供应链模型.考虑制造商和零售商共用一个仓库并共同投资仓储技术来控制降低产品的易逝率,假设市场需求是产品零售价的函数,分别建立了集中决策和分散决策下的定价与投资决策模型,其中分散决策时考虑Stackelberg博弈问题. 最后,构建了一个由单个制造商和多个零售商构成的两级供应链模型.也考虑制造商和零售商共用一个仓库并共同投资仓储技术来控制降低产品的易逝率,以供应链单位时间总成本最小化为目标,研究集中环境下整个供应链的最优决策问题.
[Abstract]:Perishable goods, as a special commodity, are characterized by low quality and rapid decline in value. At the same time, customers have higher and higher requirements for variety and freshness, which makes enterprises bear higher production and storage than ordinary products. The importance of supply chain management is more significant than that of non-perishable commodities. Most of the researches on perishable goods at home and abroad are based on the perishable rate of products, so it is more practical to study the optimal decision of enterprises and supply chain under the control of perishable rate of commodities. This paper first studies the problem of pricing and warehousing technology investment decisions for perishable goods at the same time, assuming that demand is a linear function of product price and is not allowed to be out of stock. And it is assumed that the decaying rate of perishable goods can be effectively reduced by investing in improved warehousing technology. The goal is to maximize the total profit per unit time to seek the optimal pricing, replenishment cycle and optimal storage technology investment strategy. Secondly, a two-level supply chain model consisting of a single manufacturer and a single retailer is constructed to study the impact of warehousing technology investment on the production inventory decision of perishable goods supply chain. Considering that manufacturers and retailers share a warehouse and invest in warehousing technology to control the perishable rate of a product, assuming that market demand is a function of the retail price of the product, The pricing and investment decision models under centralized decision and decentralized decision are established respectively, in which the Stackelberg game problem is considered in decentralized decision making. Finally, a two-level supply chain model consisting of a single manufacturer and multiple retailers is constructed. Manufacturers and retailers are also considered to share the same warehouse and invest in warehousing technology to control the perishable rate of products. With the aim of minimizing the total cost per unit time of the supply chain, the optimal decision problem of the whole supply chain in a centralized environment is studied.
