中国农业发展银行甘肃省分行国际结算业务改进研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着银行存贷款利差的缩小,银行的主要收入己从传统的贷款收入向中间业务收入倾斜,农发行甘肃省分行虽然己开办了包括国际结算、咨询顾问业务等4大类中间业务产品,但是中间业务收入比重占整个收入比重还很小。这跟中间业务的缓慢发展密切相关,尤其是国际业务发展已进入了一个瓶颈阶段,后继乏力。 本次研究从国际业务发展的现状即开办时间短、经验不足、操作人员服务水平较低、产品种类不全出发,分析竞争优势是什么,如何营销客户及营销什么类型的客户;深刻剖析管理机制,激励机制,分析收益率低下的原因及贸易融资发展的障碍;提出国际结算业务诊断方案。从而树立全新的本外币一体化营销理念,提升业务流程的质量和效率,改进管理体制,建立经营机制和有效的激励机制,增强业务拓展能力;防范贸易融资风险,大力推进以供应链为基础的贸易融资产品创新,使贸易融资业务带动国际结算收益率增长,最终实现国际结算量和国际结算手续费收入双增长。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as bank interest rate differentials between deposits and loans have narrowed, the bank's main income has shifted from traditional loan income to intermediate business income. Although the Agricultural Development Bank of Gansu Province has opened a branch that includes international settlement, Consulting business and other four major types of intermediate business products, but the proportion of intermediate business revenue in the whole revenue is still very small. This is closely related to the slow development of intermediary business, especially the international business development has entered a bottleneck stage, followed by a lack of power. From the current situation of international business development, that is, short start-up time, insufficient experience, low service level of operators and incomplete product types, this study analyzes what competitive advantages are, how to market customers and what types of customers are to be marketed. This paper deeply analyzes the management mechanism, incentive mechanism, causes of low yield and obstacles to the development of trade finance, and puts forward the diagnostic scheme of international settlement business. In order to establish a brand new integrated marketing concept of local and foreign currency, improve the quality and efficiency of business process, improve the management system, establish management mechanism and effective incentive mechanism, enhance the ability of business expansion, guard against trade financing risks, To promote the innovation of trade financing products based on supply chain, make the trade financing business promote the growth of international settlement yield, and finally realize the increase of international settlement volume and international settlement fee income.
