基于RFID技术的邮政速递物流跟踪系统研究

【摘要】:射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID),是一种利用射频通信实现的非接触式自动识别技术,因具有非接触识别、移动识别、多目标识别及快速读写的特点,市场潜力巨大。射频识别技术从诞生以来就一直受到普遍的关注,技术的进步更推动着物流管理、供应链管理的发展。 目前我国邮政中的速递业务主要还是采用条码技术,然而,在较短的作业时间内进行大批量的邮件勾挑核对,单靠逐件的扫描条码,就难以满足邮政速递物流时限要求。条码标签的应用使许多人工处理环节难以被进一步优化,信息采集手段的落后更阻碍了邮政速递物流自动化进程的推进。基于条码技术的邮政速递物流跟踪系统出现了诸多问题,已经难以满足邮政速递物流对邮件进行跟踪管理的需要。由于射频识别(RFID)技术有数据非接触式读取、无需人工干预、不局限于视线、能同时读写多个射频标签、识别距离远、可以快速准确地进行数据采集输入等诸多优点,为解决现有跟踪问题提供了新的解决途径。 通过实际调研,本文对邮政速递物流信息化建设和业务现状进行了深入的探讨,对邮政速递物流由条形码产生的跟踪问题进行了分析,对电子标签实际应用中可能出现的动态识读、多标签同时识读、粘贴不同位置识读等情况的识读率进行了实验测试,对测试结果进行了分析,特别针对随着标签数量增加识读率下降的问题,提出了防碰撞解决方案。在测试研究的基础上进行了设备选型及配置,设计了邮政速递物流跟踪系统方案,包括系统架构、应用环节、软件功能等。 基于RFID技术的邮政速递物流跟踪系统对邮件全程进行实时跟踪,监控邮件传递过程中各个环节的情况,为邮政速递物流跟踪系统的建立探索了新的可靠模式,是邮政速递物流提高管理服务水平,面对市场竞争的重要一步。
[Abstract]:Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a non-contact automatic identification technology realized by radio frequency communication. Because of its characteristics of non-contact identification, mobile identification, multi-target identification and fast reading and writing, the market potential is great. Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been paid more and more attention since its birth, and the progress of technology has promoted the development of logistics management and supply chain management. At present, the courier service in our country mainly adopts bar code technology, however, it is difficult to meet the time limit requirement of postal express logistics by carrying out a large number of mail tick check in a short operation time, relying on the single piece by piece scanning bar code. The application of barcode label makes it difficult to optimize many manual processing links, and the backwardness of information collection means hinders the advancement of the automation process of postal express logistics. There are many problems in the post express logistics tracking system based on bar code technology, and it is difficult to meet the needs of postal express logistics tracking and management of mail. Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has many advantages, such as data non-contact reading, no manual intervention, not limited to sight, reading and writing multiple radio frequency tags at the same time, long identification distance, fast and accurate data acquisition and input, etc. It provides a new way to solve the existing tracking problem. Based on the actual investigation, this paper deeply discusses the information construction and business status of the postal express logistics, and analyzes the tracking problem of the post express logistics generated by the bar code. In this paper, the possible dynamic reading rate of electronic label in practical application, the recognition rate of multi-label reading at the same time, and the reading rate of affixing different positions are tested, and the test results are analyzed. In order to solve the problem that the recognition rate decreases with the increase of tag number, a collision-proof solution is proposed. On the basis of testing and research, the equipment selection and configuration are carried out, and the scheme of postal express logistics tracking system is designed, including system structure, application link, software function and so on. The post express logistics tracking system based on RFID technology carries on the real-time tracking to the entire mail, monitors the mail transmission each link situation, has explored the new reliable mode for the postal express logistics tracking system establishment. It is an important step to improve the management and service level of postal express logistics and to face the market competition.
