基于RFID技术的棉种质量安全溯源系统研究

【摘要】:种子是农业生产中最基本的生产资料,是农业发展的基础。在棉花生产过程中,棉种质量的好坏直接影响着棉花效益的高低。但近几年来,,在利益的驱使下坑农害农的棉种问题时有发生。面对层出不穷的假冒伪劣种子等农资投诉案件,为保证农业增产、农民增收、维护农民的合法权益,急需研发建立一种系统用来规范制种企业生产经营行为,净化种子市场,保护农民的合法权益。棉种质量安全溯源系统是控制棉花种子产品质量安全行之有效的手段。棉种质量安全溯源系统强调棉种的唯一标识和整个过程的追踪,对实施可追溯系统的棉种,实行质量控制方法对整个供应链上的各个信息进行跟踪与追溯,从而保证棉种的质量。 本文从棉种的质量安全出发,以棉种作为溯源研究对象,利用信息技术和网络技术等多学科的知识,采用无线射频识别技术(RFID)与新一代的EAN/UPC编码标准相结合,在中国物品编码中心分配的GTIN编码基础上,制定了棉种产品的溯源编码。通过分析棉种在种植、收获、加工、物流运输和销售等各个环节具体特点以及无线射频识别技术的应用现状,系统采用电子标签作为棉种质量安全信息的载体,运用数据库技术和网络技术在棉种的生产、加工、运输和销售的整个过程中进行管理,可以实现棉种质量的严格控制。本课题采取理论和实践相结合的方法研究基于无线射频识别技术的棉种质量安全溯源系统。 (1)本文收集、整理并分析了国内外有关质量安全溯源系统的研究成果和一些成功经验,结合我国溯源系统的具体特点,确定了论文的研究内容和技术路线。 (2)根据新疆棉种的生产环境和整个产业链的特点,对棉种从种植、收获、加工、物流运输和销售各个环节的信息进行采集,在分析棉种产业链各阶段安全隐患的基础上,依据国内外现有的与物品安全相关的标准、法规和规范,筛选和确定了棉种产业链各个阶段的关键过程溯源指标和安全溯源指标,初步建立了棉种产业链的溯源指标体系,建立数字化档案。 (3)结合EPC编码体系对棉种产品进行溯源阶段性编码,通过唯一的溯源编码对棉种产业链中的信息进行集中管理,确保了棉种产品在整个产业链中信息的有效记录和传递,同时保证了数据的准确性。根据产业链的具体特点确定了电子标签的读取频段,选择了读写器的硬件设备,并进行了联调测试,硬件设备的技术指标满足要求。 (4)设计了棉种质量安全溯源系统的结构和功能,系统包括种植收获管理子系统、加工管理子系统、物流运输管理子系统和销售信息查询子系统。基于RFID技术的棉种质量安全溯源系统构建了棉种安全信息数据库,利用VB、ACCESS数据库和多媒体技术建立用户界面,初步实现了棉种质量安全信息溯源的基本功能。

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of peasants. Cotton seed quality and safety traceability system is an effective means to control cotton seed product quality and safety. The traceability system of cotton seed quality and safety emphasizes the unique marking of cotton seed and the tracing of the whole process, and carries out the quality control method to track and trace all the information in the whole supply chain for the cotton seed that implements the traceability system. So as to ensure the quality of cotton seeds. Based on the quality and safety of cotton seed, this paper takes cotton seed as a traceability research object, using multi-disciplinary knowledge such as information technology and network technology, and adopting radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to combine with the new generation of EAN/UPC coding standard. The traceability coding of cotton seed products was established on the basis of the GTIN code allocated by the China goods coding Center. By analyzing the specific characteristics of cotton seeds in planting, harvesting, processing, logistics, transportation and sales, as well as the application status of radio frequency identification technology, the electronic label is used as the carrier of cotton seed quality and safety information. The application of database technology and network technology to the management of cotton seed production, processing, transportation and marketing can realize the strict control of cotton seed quality. In this paper, a cotton seed quality and safety traceability system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) is studied by combining theory and practice. 1) this paper collects, collates and analyzes the research results and some successful experiences of the quality and safety traceability system at home and abroad. Combined with the specific characteristics of the traceability system in China, the research content and technical route of the paper are determined. According to the production environment of cotton seeds in Xinjiang and the characteristics of the whole industry chain, the information of cotton seed cultivation, harvesting, processing, logistics, transportation and marketing is collected, and on the basis of analyzing the hidden dangers of safety in each stage of the cotton seed industry chain, According to the existing standards, laws and regulations related to the safety of articles at home and abroad, the key process traceability index and safety traceability index of cotton seed industry chain are selected and determined, and the traceability index system of cotton seed industry chain is established preliminarily. Create digital files. In combination with EPC coding system, cotton seed products are traceable to stage coding, and the information in cotton seed industry chain is managed centrally through unique traceability coding, which ensures the effective recording and transmission of cotton seed product information in the whole industry chain. At the same time, the accuracy of the data is guaranteed. According to the specific characteristics of the industrial chain, the read frequency band of the electronic tag is determined, the hardware equipment of the reader is selected, and the joint adjustment test is carried out, and the technical specifications of the hardware equipment meet the requirements. 4) the structure and function of cotton seed quality and safety traceability system are designed. The system includes cropping and harvesting management subsystem, processing management subsystem, logistics transportation management subsystem and sales information inquiry subsystem. The cotton seed safety information database was constructed based on RFID technology. The basic function of cotton seed quality and safety information traceability was preliminarily realized by using VB access database and multimedia technology to establish the user interface.
