新常态下我国大米价格调控政策研究

【摘要】：我国大米的产量实现了连续多年的增长,而同期大米的价格整体上也表现为波动上涨的状态。我国大米价格调控所具有的影响在于:降低居民生活成本,维持消费品物价稳定,维护我国大米进口安全和定价权。完善我国大米价格调控政策的策略包括:构建高效、畅通的大米流通体系,完善大米的网状供应链体系,提高政府大米价格调控的决策能力。
[Abstract]:The output of rice in China has been increasing for many years, and the price of rice has fluctuated in the same period. The influence of rice price regulation in China lies in reducing the living cost of residents, maintaining the price stability of consumer goods, and maintaining the import safety and pricing right of rice in China. The strategies to improve the rice price regulation policy include: constructing an efficient and unimpeded rice circulation system, perfecting the rice network supply chain system, and improving the government's decision-making ability of rice price regulation.
